Excellent flat in Cromer

Lovely flat in a great position close to sea in Cromer. Great place for a family stay.

Car parking not ideal but road parking and car park literally right next to property

Excellent central location. Well appointed but with parking limitations.

Excellent location. Very well presented. Clean, fresh and everything worked.

Hard pushed to find any dislikes. But - the car parking is only for a small vehicle. This was only made known after I had paid. Thankfully it wasn't an issue as no other cars were there during my stay. Btw - Street parking was tight in the evenings while the neighbouring pay and display costs £8.50 per day.

Sea, sand and some sun. Brilliant holiday with 2 children, 6 and 7.

Super location, 5 minutes walk from the beach/town. Property is even better than the photos. Beds comfortable with nice linen. Would definitely recommend.

Only problem could have been the tight parking, shared with 2 other flats. Luckily only 1 other flat was occupied and that for only for part of our stay, but still had to be careful getting in and out. There is a public car part just across the lane and free street parking.

The location was excellent and facilities good. A dedicated parking space and outside area were a bonus.

Double bed was uncomfortable. Generally clean and tidy but there were hairs in the bath and cobwebs in the small bedroom.

Perfect for a relaxing break

I booked the property to treat my Parents to a much needed weekend away. The property was exactly what we had hoped for. Clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for all of the me Town’s attractions. They are already planning another visit for next year

A very lovely place, just a stone's throw from the beach.

This is a lovely place which is really handy for the beach. Very spacious living room - great to relax in.

The property is supposed to sleep 5: it's fine if your kids are small, but if they're teenagers then it's a bit of a squeeze bed-wise. Needs a 5th chair for the dining table. No contact with owners (keys left in a key safe).

Good clean central flat.

Good large livingspace. Very close to beach and promendae. Clean and warm and everything there you need.

The Sofa- you sink very deep in it. Difficult to stand up from it then.
