Great location/views, huge flat, parking space appreciated.

Musty, damp smell on entering the flat which was there all week. Rusty, damaged fridge Hole in the middle of the settee seat.. Settee damaged, care worn, uncomfortable. Curtain in kitchen tatty and torn from floor to ceiling. Broken or missing cupboard doors in the kitchen Carpets stained and care worn. Bottom of shower door rusty. Everything very old, tired. Dusappointing. Flat needs a makeover. It's such a shame. Could be first class with a refurb.

We particularly enjoyed the sea view as the weather was a bit too cold to be out all the time.

Amazing location for Cromer and beautiful North Norfolk

Fantastic location - a comfortable and spacious Victorian flat with outstanding views across the sea to the pier. The flat was clean and decently-equipped - a perfect base for exploring Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. The landlord was helpful, welcoming and flexible. Be aware that there's an electricity meter, which takes £1 coins. We didn't need any heating (though hot water was plentiful), so spent only about £3 for the week. Great value for money - and we hope to come again soon!

Wonderful.

Everything. Perfect mix of having everything you need without being too posh so that you worry about dropping or spilling things. Cleaning stuff provided just in case. Was really able to relax. Plenty of places to sit with your feet up and look out at the view. The owner popped in to say hello and was really lovely and helpful.

A lift is the only thing that could enhance the property as it would enable me to go in and out more often and also to stay on a higher floor, however the character of the property would most likely be compromised in order to do this which would be a great shame.

Beautiful views and location

The location is outstanding, the views are fantastic, the flat was spotlessly clean, light and airy with comfortable beds, private parking is also a bonus. Overall it is great value for money

Exceptional sea view, opposite the beach.

Perfect location opposite the beach, the sea view from the flat is exceptional, just what I wanted. The flat is huge and although there's no central heating, the many electric heaters were more than adequate. Most comfortable bed I've had in a long time.

Condensation on the windows when the temperature dropped below 5°C, obscuring the sea view.

I loved every minute of it. Suncourt is a beautiful and distinctive building and Cromer lovely

No breakfast, this is a self-catering apartment. The location looking directly over the Esplanade to the sea was absolutely wonderful. Everything in the town is within easy walking distance

I prefer a bath to a shower but it worked fine. It was chilly while I was there and because the rooms are large, with high ceilings and large say windows it took quite a lot to keep warm. I had anticipated this because of the age and size of the building and had taken warm clothes and a thick rug to sit under on the evenings I was in, so not a real problem.

Disappointing

nice views.

Too many to mention, kettle hasn’t been descaled for years. Fridge is old and rusty and the door seal is poking out the bottom of the unit. The heating stays on for 20 minutes and then goes off, you then have to wait another 10 minutes or so to switch it on and if you are lucky you will get another 20 minutes of heat. Lots of stains on the carpet and outdated decor. Cannot believe the owner has not done a single thing to update these premises £369 for two nights absolute joke.

Our wish to have a flat with Seaview was immediately confirmed and was exceptional.

All the tools/ microwave/ pots and pans were there to make our own breakfast.

Excellent location , spotlessly clean and value for money.

The whole property would benefit from external decoration, but understandably this would be mega expensive!

It's all about the view

Great view of Cromer pier & the esplanade - wonderful view from dawn til dusk from the lounge-diner, the kitchen, & the main bedroom.

Not keen on the free-standing electric heaters, & the immersion heater.

Space in flat was amazing. Location with outstanding views and proximity to beaches, shops and amenities was simply perfect!!!
