A great place to stay in a lovely little town that holds so many family memories.

perfect for visiting the town, just a short walk away. Local pubs and restaurants very close and small supermarket for essentials.The flat had most things we needed and the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. A minor issue of a power cut was swiftly dealt with by the hosts and we had no other issues with it. The flat was in a quiet location.

It is on the second floor so carrying all our stuff up from the car was a major undertaking. The timed lights on the stairs often went out whilst I was still climbing but a torch was provided on the flats keyring. We were a little cold at night(late November) and an extra blanket would be good.

Very clean and well furnished flat. Great location with on site parking. Everything you need is provided as well as a generous welcome pack. Owners send regular texts to explain procedures.

Shower over bath is functional but a little precarious for older people.

We had a lovely 3 days but it’s always the weather that lets you down in this country

We liked all the facilities and it was a lovely apartment and just a short walk to Cromer.

The only down side was all the steps up to it when it came to unloading the car and then packing up that was the only down side.

A lovely short break with everything we needed and lovely touches from the owners.

They were able to offer an earlier arrival time and were also kind enough to offer a later check out too. The property was well stocked including, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, biscuits etc left and an Easter Egg which was a lovely touch. Have paid much more and got much less. An earlier review said the photo’s don’t do it justice which I fully agree with.

The pillows could do with replacing in the double bed room.

Home away from home - a great stay!

Location, off street parking and cleanliness was great. The owners really made an effort to make it warm and welcoming. This was our second stay here and we will be back! Communication from the owners was excellent!

Nothing! Although it can’t be helped the two flights of stairs was the only downside but not enough to stop us coming back!

Stayed here 3 times before and never been disappointed.

Close to town centre, pier and beach, yet very quiet. Private off street parking. Owners provided welcome biscuits, bottle of wine - much appreciated. Cromer is one of the best English seaside towns. Not run down but not pretentious either.

Great flat in great location

Well equipped, spacious, very clean, onsite parking, attractive neighbourhood, close to Cromer centre.

Less able people should know it is at top of building, with two flights of stairs. But for us, nothing we didn't like.

Lovely stay in Cromer at Christmas wish we had stayed for the NY Day fireworks!

The location was perfect, I liked the welcome items such as orange juice, potatoes in the freezer, biscuits etc. It was also useful to have access to two sets to keys. There was recycling available and the property was decorated for Christmas which was lovely.

My husband had to alter the pressure of the boiler to get enough hot water for a bath and for the heating to come on strong enough. Some kitchen utensils weren't clean from a previous occupant.

Wonderful location, with perfect safe parking in a lovely tree lined road.

The location was excellent. We loved the lounge, very inviting and homely and with amazing views as the fop floor.

We appreciate it was a top floor flat, but for us there were too many stairs. However it wouldn't put us off from staying there again as we are prepared for this.

Great experience in Cromer

We received the lock code a week before with clear instructions about where to park the car, find the lock and reach the apartment. The apartment is super light and airy, very modern and clean, close to the beach and city center, but still on a quiet residential road

Leylands. Top location, quality accommodation 👍

Location was perfect for town and the seafront. Was only a couple of minutes from both. Considering how close to town Leylands is it was so quiet. The apartment is spotless, plenty of room, well kitted out with everything you could need and we'll looked after. For those with kids there's what looks like a cupboard till you open the doors to find a playroom with computer console and games, board games etc. Easy parking on site and there were places on the very quiet road. Matt and Maysie were excellent before, during and and at the end of our stay with info and checking everything was OK for us. Couldn't have been better in any way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leylands and hope to go back in the future. Thanks Matt and Maysie 👍

Exceptional home from home.

The cleanliness, and the chocolates were loved by my partner. Also the hosts had thought of everything to make the stay so much easier with all the things that you would expect in your own home.,and the apartment was a very good size.

I found the stairs a little hard by the end of the week but it wouldn't stop me from visiting again.

Great location. Parking is good for one car but road is a struggle move and you lose! Flat is all you need but top floor so be aware that you carry bags up two flights. Flat itself is great although as two singles we flipped for single double bed! Great location.Note avoid eating Indian pubs were great.

A wonderful get away !!!!!

Perfect location and lovely ,clean and comfortable accommodation . Welcome goodies a bonus ! The little den for children just off the bedroom is wonderful . Could appreciate it even though we had no children with us !

As we’re getting older the two flights of stairs were a bit difficult this time but we would book again without hesitation and maybe access a lower floor flat .

Fantastic place

Lovely place, perfect location for beach, town, park and a corner shop. Beautiful decor and lots of lovely touches. Inc a welcome few bits. Will defo return and recommend to family and friends, the secret room is amazing. You can also see the lighthouse flashing at night from the bunk room window.

Unfortunately their are 31 steps to the apartment which we were aware of,, but by the end of the week my mum's legs were aching.
