Leylands - Perfect location near town and beach

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking although we did eat out for the 2 nights we were there. Shower was lovely and powerful. The only bed we used was in the main bedroom which was very comfortable. It was the hottest day of the year when we stayed (32 degrees), but managed to stay comfortable due to all the fans that were in the apartment 👌. Excellent location just a short walk to Cromer town centre and the beach. Lovely quiet neibourhood surrounded by some beautiful old buildings and lots of greenery. The hosts Matt and Maysie contacted us to let us know that we were able to get into the apartment early once the cleaner had finished. All in all a lovely place to stay. Thank you 😊

The stairs up to the 2nd floor (4 flights) were hard work for us but would be no problem for younger fitter people. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the toilet does not have a brilliant flush but they are only minor details in the grand scheme of things.

The flat was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close to beach and shops. The welcome pack was exceptional.

The only thing that was a little hard for us were the flights of stairs as I am in my seventies and my husband is in his eighties. Younger people wouldn't find it a problem.

Very comfortable lots of space beds was comfortable was close to sea and town couldn’t really complain about anything

We liked everything really enjoyed our stay weather wasn’t great but was nice to see the storms come in and hear the rain
