Disappointed booked for 2 nights only stayed 1 night. The location and area was great
Spacious good location
No WiFi, TV wouldn’t load so couldn’t watch anything. Was very hot through out as heating on full and very little ventilation. Sofa and bed extremely uncomfortable but looked nice.

We had a fantastic stay – great location, fun facilities, and memorable family time!
Very good location. The facilities inside the property are excellent. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and playing table tennis with our child, day and night, whenever we were inside. The hot tub was also a highlight – absolutely superb!
Parking can be tricky, as public spaces nearby may fill up quickly during busy hours. The hot tub area could offer more privacy, as it's located in the backyard close to a footpath.

Great place for a family / friends trip
This basement apartment was just a stylish as the pics and games table / spa were a tonic after a long drive! Beds / kitchen appliciances etc were very clean and worked worked well for all. The short walk to the Southsea centre and seafront made for a fantastic visit and we would certainly come back.
Nothing serious - if needed meter parking for day (8-6) is £15 / bed linen wasn't laid out for sofa bed (our 5th guest) / no teaspoons and some of the crockery could have been cleaner.

Great house & facilties but no hot water for half of the stay
The property was great, location and facilities were amazing.
Unfortunately we had no hot water from late on the last evening. This meant the house was cold over night and we tried to call and message the number provided on the booking to ask for a later check out due to not being able to shower and that there was no hot water and we couldn’t shower, hence the delay. I received a response over 24 hours after checking out.
