Good quiet location with easy parking. Every thing in flat we needed.

We were self catering and enjoyed the scrambled eggs we made!

The bed was very soft to what you tend to find these days.

A great choice and very well priced

I booked a few of these properties and I cant fault them The host was available 24 7 and I had no issues getting in The apartments were clean and modern

Great little place the meets the needs for a short stay.

Good location for my requirements. Owner was very helpful throughout the short stay.

Next step would be to invest in some additional items for the kitchen cupboards for those that who want to cook for themselves.

Practical and functional

The location was perfect - very handy for both the town and the railway station.

It felt a little ‘tired’ and whilst it was clean and practical, the blinds had damage, the flooring and shower could do with a revamp, and something as simple as adding a toilet roll holder would make a difference.

Great Location very comfortable stay. Will book again for sure.

Great location for Newark Showground. Co-op nearby for groceries. Free parking was a bonus too! The apartment was very comfortable and freshly decorated. Host was contactable promptly when required. Will definitely book again for next year.

Bed was very soft and the pillows were too but not a massive problem. Shower was not very powerful but again only a minor issue. Lot's of noise from the apartment above into the early hours and up very early too!

Good space

Place was full of dust, dirty and sticky floor, WiFi terrible, marks in places, cupboards dirty and glass ware dirty still, 1 cup was stuck to inside the cupboards, left the day earlier than check out due to the property and asked for half a refund for the cost of 1 night and got blocked.

Not good

It wasn't too far to walk to the center and a decent size place

No wardrobe and the hooks on the wall were flimsy and wouldnt hold much so clothes were on the floor, the draw fronts fell off when opened , the cutlery was dirty ,only one hand towel which was dirty .two complimentary sachets of cheap 3 in 1 coffee ,I don't take sugar or milk so useless . Someone shining a torch, dragging bins out of the bk yard at early hours of the morning woke me up . The apartment which is at the side of this is actualy above this and there was loads in there every night partying and been loud . The location of the apartment is dire , houses with cardboard at the windows , run down and dirty .parking is a game of chance but the permit was good . Glad it was only a short stay and Glad to be out

Great stay

Loved the location, the variety of facilities.

One of the sets of pillows was not comfy and the shower I've never seen and took me ages to work it out. Shower pressure was below average.

Perfect!

The property was in a lovely location and perfect for two people. It was tidy, well cared for, and we found it easily/accessed easily enough. Perfect for our short trip!

The shower ran hot and cold, but it was very clean, and we loved that towels/soaps were provided :)

Convenient accommodation but lack of communication

Property was lovely. Clean accommodation and local amenities (chip shop and coop) were nearby. Visitor permit was provided so I could park and instructions for key access was provided in text from host.

The communication from the host wasn't great. I tried ringing the mobile provided before my stay to see if there was a freezer and also messaged. I also asked for an invoice and dustpan and brush to tidy up but no response.

Communication is shocking

The apartment is beautiful modern. Light and airy and welcoming really nice bed was spotless and was really comfy, fresh and clean The bath towels are soft and clean.

From traveling 3 hours from Cumbria to stay in Lincolnshire areas was given wrong key code on our booking email, took us both 20 mins after calling repeatedly told it was different (cleaners changed it) got given the correct code by text bluntly with no apology. We wasn't even told we was given a permit to park that was with the information on the table so we was already nervous about having a parking ticket (this information should of been told to us when booking) After going into the apartment there is no tea or coffee nothing.. U get nothing apart from 2 sweets and some shower gels would of been nice to be able to make your self a coffee or tea even if was only enough for one drink each would of been nice.. Half a role of toilet was given as well for 2 people.. It's my own personal opinion but u pay less for traveloge and get a coffee so should expect the same from an apartment that costs you alot more for 2 nights As well as the information on the table said free WiFi for the stay.. well that was unfortunately as well completely different to what was written down on the information I texted her Sunday to ask for the correct information and didn't get a reply untill Monday when already checked out. The communication between the cleaners and herself is ridiculous.
