Great house - comfortable and cosy

Great location, lovely property, enclosed garden, off street parking, warm and comfortable (with easy to operate thermostat!), gorgeous conservatory dining room, very comfortable bed, easy walking in to town and down to the river, max 10 minute walk to large co-op (and B&M if you need it) 20 min walk to train station (then1/2 hour train journey to Lincoln)......the list goes on!

Being very picky - I do like a good size bath towel. They could be a bit bigger.

Suits our needs perfectly , 3 adult men on a fishing trip

It’s perfect with 3 bedrooms , kitchen with all utencils etc , lovely conservatory with table and chairs , good safe off road parking and a 10 Minuit walk to the nearest pub

The property was perfect , with the exceptional heat it could have done with fans in all the bedrooms but we wasn’t put off by that and will return next year

Convenient, well appointed. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Two separate toilets was so convenient.

Room sizes a bit small and did not have sufficient clothes storage in the two smaller bedrooms.

Off street parking big bonus. Really felt like we were on holiday, lovely garden and fantastic kitchen, plenty space to cook and host big family curry, very well equipped. 👌🏼

Getting on & off the drive could be challenging with van parked directly in front of the property and other cars parked opposite the drive. Outside lights didn't work.

The kitchen and summer room were perfect, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful garden.

Great location, nice walk into Newark. Great parking & enclosed back garden. Lovely park clise by. Upstairs very cosy but living room would benefit from curtains. Would stay again.

Perfect for us

very easy no issues, the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. the backyard access was easy and the keys for each door were easily found and we did use

The little sink in the washroom behind the door but that was it. We watered the plants in the front and back garden was we were in a heat wave and everything including the weeks looked thirsty

Exceptional

Lovely house, good location, not far from town 15 mins walk at most. Great having a downstairs toilet. Lovely kitchen, comfy sofas in front room. Large front bedroom bed was so comfy and great space in wardrobe, other bedrooms drawers but no wardrobes. Lovely garden enclosed for dogs.

Needs curtains in front room , and other 2 bedrooms to make it feel warmer. Bath behind the bathroom door, so it bangs onto the bath, could do with a bifold door. Could do with a little gate at front of house, as my dog shoots out when we open door so a little gate at the beginning of path would be better, otherwise if your dog runs out could run onto road, so small full gate level with end of house and drive to make safer for dogs and children. Lighting in main bedroom could be better if doing make up.
