Location to Newark centre.

Stayed in No.1 apartment. Shower was very small and not very powerful. There was a strong drains smell. We had to buy some bleach for the shower drain. Also, the heaters only worked when they felt like it. Room was stuffy but we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open for long as it was on the ground floor.

I was unable to really enjoy my stay as family problems meant I had to leave 4 hours of arriving.

A bit frustrating, but loved Newark itself.

The apartment was lovely. Vlose to the centre and amenities.

Lack of utensils. 1 fork between 2 of us and not enough utensils to cook with. Also no internet as owner said she had e mailed details to us 2 days before. We live abroad and have no access to e mails when in Uk. She would not give the details by text, so we had to buy some.

The heater in the bedroom made a sound like a plane taking off and was coming off the wall. No iron in the property The fridge was not cleaned well as food bits in corners and in gaps The shower was the worst and had some mould in the shower attachment I was in a ground floor apartment, the pressure in the taps was fine. The flow of water in the shower was awful, a normal 10 minute shower took you 30 minutes

We where asked to move to No 3 as no 1 had some problems. Room was on 1st floor not ground floor as booked. We booked ground floor for a reason.

Excellent property which represents great value for money.

The property is lovely and comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much and the car parking permit come in very handy which was provided by the owners. The site provided everything you needed from clean towels, bedding and extra bits to the help the stay go more smoothly. There is a Co-op shop literally down the road from the property.

I liked the large bedroom and bed - lovely soft bedding- large towels perfect. Great tv and comfortable sofa for relaxing. Neutral clean decor. Simple and perfect .

I thought the place was lovely Instructions to get in were great But perhaps a little more effort in the kitchen: more and matching utensils and crockery would be nice - maybe a draw organizer, and a draining rack- but that's really being knit picky. I had what I needed. I thought the place was perfect

this place is so good to stay at it's just like been at home bed is so so so comfrey it just ideal for work and some where to rest my head

Cosy and comfortable

The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa. The flat itself was clean and tidy. It was perfect for what we needed it for.

Some of the crockery and the oven pans were dirty. The oven pan had a thick layer of grease in the bottom of it. The shower although in perfect working order was sightly disappointing due to how pathetic the stream of water was! What made us laugh most was the 3 dinner knives, 2 forks, 2 dessert spoons and 1 teaspoon!! 😂

Die Lage ist super es ist wirklich sehr zentral!

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war ein absoluter Witz ich konnte meine Haare nicht waschen. Das Bett ist durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Man kann die Fenster nachts nicht aufmachen weil sonst Menschen reinschauen können.
