Amazing place to spend the weekend.
Fantastic apartment and exceptionally clean. Everything you needed for a short or more lengthy visit. Very spacious and in an ideal location just a few minutes walk to Newark market.

Very enjoyable weekend stay
Great location close to the town centre cafes, restaurants and shops aa well as cultural sites Cosy apartment and good base for a long weekend with two sofas to chill out on after a full on day visiting local places of interest
As mentioned in previous reviews a few niggles like dripping tap which need fixing but not enough to spoil our stay. Would book again.

It was fine for my visit and I would stay there again.
Suited our needs.. for work visit to area. Close to the best fish and chips in Newark.
Very disappointed about not being given a receipt when requested. I needed this as it was a work visit. Stairs steep and narrow.. some sharp edges on handrail where fittings missing.

Everything good apart from the shower
Easy to find, easy to get key. Location easy walk into town. Easy parking
Shower was shocking, stone cold to boiling in a split second, borderline dangerous. And if it did hold temperature for any length of time at best it was a watering can. Sort the shower and it’s a great place to stay !

The perfect base to do stuff in Newark.
Great little flat in a perfect location. Shops within easy reach and despite residents' only parking outside (one pass supplied) plenty of free on-street parking very close. Very clean and well-supplied with crockery and utensils for cooking.
It's only a little thing, but there were no tea/coffee making supplies available. After a long journey having to pop out again to get tea bags felt like a bigger deal than it should have been. The rooms also got quite hot, even with the windows open. Unavoidable given the weather of course!

A little basic, but good for the price and has lots of plusses. Would stay again.
A little basic, but good for the price. No problem accessing the property. Pretty quiet area. You can get a nice through draft on a hot day. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk to town. There's a pretty good co-op very close. There is parking, although I would have liked a map highlighting where the supplied pass could be used. In town, The Organ Grinder for beer and Cafrello Vietnam House for food are both excellent.
