Very unhigenic, bedding doesn’t get changed!!!

the location was good

we had issues getting into the house initially and it was very difficult to get contact with the host for assistance. when we eventually got inside we tried to settle in and realised that the house had very clearly not been cleaned properly from the night before. the carpets had various stains and dirt and there was exposed wires which would be very worrying if anyone was travelling with kids. The bedding had not been changed from the previous stay, the sheets were very obviously slept in with an odour and there was even bits of dirt and hair in the beds. Two of us slept downstairs on the sofas as we did not feel comfortable sleeping in dirty beds. The toilet hardly flushes, there were dirt stains in the sink and there are unsafe plug sockets that are not correctly fitted into the walls.

Close to sleeping in our van on the driveway rather than use the property!

Location was convenient

Firstly the host was unresponsive to enquiries. But mainly the house was more like a squat, it was clear that there had been no one to clean from previous stay, beds were slept in, smelt and felt dirty. We were 5 lads and even we felt the need to hoover, tidy up and wipe down as best we could!

Disgusting, disappointing and misled.

The location was good for the purpose of our trip.

Not what was advertised and not value for money. This is not acceptable- bedding didn’t appear to be changed, not hoovered, cigarette butts all over the garden, wires hanging out, dust, dirty utensils, the antibacterial spray was cloudy with bits in, Hoover was abandoned in the lounge still plugged in - however it hadn’t been hoovered. Crumbs in the bed. Disappointed overall.

Double booked, strangers in our property with all of our belongings!

The property was fine.

I didn't like coming back from our night out to find 2 people sat on the sofa drinking our drinks! We were really concerned about our belongings and if they had taken anything. They could have helped themselves to any cash we had left there as well our car as we had left the keys behind. It was unnecessary stress that was supposed to be a fun night out for me and my friends.

Needs considerable work to rectify issues and return the property to a suitable state.

Location

Biggest issue was the bath/shower that didn’t drain properly due to rubbish in the drain and the beds that were like lilting on springs. I would not recommend this property.

This was a nice home, 3 double beds were clean and comfy but the bath and lack of hoovered carpets let it down slightly.

Great location for our needs

No plug for bath, couldn’t turn the hot tap in the bath. Generally the house could have been better presented and in particular the floors hoovered.

On arrival, bedding not changed, mess everywhere, contact host - nothing happened, end off stay electricity run out. The worst management.
