Overall quite nice. Booking.com was a little confusing as I couldn’t find the code to the key box.

I liked how spacious each room was and easy access to each room. Kitchen had everything we needed

Came in, little bit of damage on the sofa-bed collapsing a little bit. Had a feeling where I didn’t want any further damage there so slept on the floor instead. Door handle loose on one of the doors, came back early hours of the morning and apartment was a little cold but couldn’t find any thermostats. WiFi password didn’t work on some devices so lead to me using personal hotspots.

Disgusting Place with no Care STAY AWAY

Being on a bus route.

No information from the host, had to ask for the WiFi password. We were allowed early check in but the place wasn't clean, had to leave to have it cleaned, when I rang to say it wasn't cleaned she said she allows early check in but check in usually 4 and cleaners would be done before that, they arrived at 3.20, if I was told this I would have stayed away and waited. the sofa is broke. No fire alarm. Sofa is stained. One of the beds had no sheet just a dirty brown mattress cover, no extra bedding supplied for the sofa bed. Coffee is well stuck to the jar and the tray was manky. Used sponges left in sink holder. Most of the furniture is broke (chairs, drawers,sofa bed, couch). Oil stain or something on mat. Towels were damp and smelly. Bathroom was smelly. Vacuum job was poor. Squeaky bed in another room. Found a bag of boxers and socks in sitting room and a thong in bedroom. Absolutely disgusted with it. Door handle broke on outside of door which is dangerous for people with young children as they wouldn't get in if closed.

Don't stay here!!

We booked this place because the location suited where we needed to be in Bristol.

I have never written a bad review before but this was a horrible experience. The address was given as 1a, but there were 3 apartments and it wasn't clear which one we were booked in to. Five people were staying - bedding in one of the rooms hadn't been changed, there was hair visible in the sheets so someone had to sleep on the sofabeds and one was broken. One of of the chairs had broken glass on. This place was booked because it was a one night stay and we weren't going to be spending any length of time there, so the price seemed good - but to pay anything and not have clean bedding is appalling. The fridge had a huge ice block attached to the back and there were issues with the door to the freezer so it was a relief not to have booked longer. Avoid booking this place it really shouldn't be on Booking.com - we even questioned if it was a scam.

Not worth the money and the stress

The flat was spacious and located close to a bus stop and local shops.

- Dirty floor when we arrived (the host said the hoover did not work when she tried to use it, but it worked fine when we had to just clean ourselves) - Not enough towels provided for our stay (there were 3 damp and smelly towels; had to go to a shop to grab more) - The beddings were damp and smelly, plus not enough bedding sets were provided (enough for the adults, but not the kids) - The wifi did not work throughout our stay (the network name provided was not showing among the available networks, and the host ignored my requests to fix it) - The cups, mugs, plates and cutlery were all stained (not washed properly, we had to wash them before use) - One of the bed frames was broken and was just supported with a pillow; the sofa backrest was also broken - The host has been ignoring most of my calls and not responding promptly to my SMS messages; she also seemed unhappy I had requested more towels and new, properly washed bedding. The reason for all of the above was supposed to be the heat wave. I do not think it's a good enough reason to straight up ignore basic needs of the guests- clean beds, clean towels, a warm welcome and most of all: an accommodating attitude, which was just completely lacking. - One day, we came back to the flat, and there was no power. This one issue, however, was resolved relatively quickly.

CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

It gives an address for the property but outside of being clearvoiant to know which flat it is (it's number 3, which is not in the instructions), you will never find it. The lockbox is not by the entrance which made it even harder. Spent over 40 minutes trying to figure out where the flat is, finally started putting the key into all the doors in complete desperation and finally got in. Bet the neighbours loved that. Beds were clean enough but yes like people say, the whole flat is a bit grubby... Lots of tea and coffee, not an ounce of milk so pointless.

Nothing there was bas communication from the start couldn’t get hold of anyone told them we would be checking in at 11 wasn’t clean told us they had cleaned it damp smelly towels

An apartment that could be really good but is quite dilapidated and unclean.

The shower was good, most of the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The location was decent and convenient. Large kitchen/living space and a good bathroom with quite modern fittings.

The code for the lock box had been changed without us being notified before we arrived, made it awkward to get in. The place stank of weed and felt like it had barely been cleaned, we found the previous occupiers rubbish in the apartment and a knife under the sofa cushions. Technically it sleeps 9 but there was barely enough bedding and all of it felt and looked worn out and unclean. One of the beds was falling apart with bolts coming out of the frame.

Everything..No proper instructions to get into the property. Used and dirty bed linens in all rooms. Very cold rooms. Heating on minimal for few minutes. Smelly toilet with no windows or exhaust. Such a waste of money. Unable to contact the owner. Never ever again

We didn’t stay because of property we’re not ready for us .

The experience was very unexpected, we checked in at 5pm but the property owner said that the apartment wasn’t cleaned and that the beds and bedrooms were a complete mess and that their still was food and beer bottles on the floor from the previous occupants. We called her and she arrived at 8:30/8:45 but she apologised and said that the apartment will take 2 hours approximately to be cleaned. It was impossible to stay on that property because property was not ready for us . So we did contact Booking.com and owner for refund . Both were happy to do so . That was the reason We didn’t stay .

Great little apartment for 2 families to stay and share time in fantastic communal space and in good area. Would be bett

Good layout with nice communal space and 3 bedrooms. Good sized communal table. Close to great pub ‘The Dark Horse’ and fantastic restaurant ‘The Lock Up’. Good location as close enough to town and parking easy to find.

There’s no dishwasher so crockery not fully clean. Skirtings we’re dirty and felt like whole place needed a deep clean. Main bed very comfy but other 2 doubles squeaky. Extra bed on floor wasn’t comfy at all.

Im Hausflur der Appartmentanlage riecht es nach Schimmel. Ein paar der Stühle sind doch schon sehr wackelig. Auch einige Kissen & Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

有3个房间1个客厅，空间足够大，浴室还行，厨房配备也齐全，但烤面包机不工作，路边可以停车，但比较紧张。

最大的问题是卫生问题，感觉很久没有人住了，进门就是一股很重的霉味，我们整晚都开着窗。桌子上和床上用品都是灰，被子上都是起球的小黑点，所以晚上都没盖被子，裹着衣服在床单上将就着睡了一晚。还有一张床是坏的，下面垫了一个垫子支撑。没有Wi-Fi, 客厅里找到的Wi-Fi账号和密码不存在。发消息和打电话给住宿方，都没有任何回应。如果不是booking的问题，我是绝对不会选一家这样的住宿。
