VERY GOOD

The property is in the middle City of Modena and 5mins walk to the Bus Stop. Very close to Restaurants and shops. Eg. H&M, ZARA etc. The apartment was well organise and clean. It contains everything one needs. Enough furniture for family Holidays. The room’s are specious and Modern. Lift and nice House

The upstairs bathroom is in bad condition.

Great stay in Modena

Perfect location, right in the centre of the historic town with parking. Nice interior. Other than that, it was perfect.

There was sewage smell coming out from the basement and bathroom.

Posizione, l'appartamento era moderno e pulito. La possibilità di entrare e parcheggiare nel centro storico, l'accesso alla struttura senza chiavi

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato rovinato da un problema con il riscaldamento. Nelle camere faceva molto caldo e in salotto e cucina non si poteva stare per il freddo. Nonostante i ripetuti solleciti l'host ha mandato qualcuno 3 volte solo per verificare se dicevamo la verità. Infine, dietro ennesima richiesta, ha detto che serviva l'idraulico ma che poteva venire solo il giorno dopo la nostra partenza che era di domenica. Totale mancanza di professionalità. Dopo la risposta dell'hosting sono costretto ad aggiungere dettagli. Intanto la porta è stata chiusa per evitare che il freddo arrivasse nelle stanza visto che, tra l'altro, abbiamo un neonato. Le ricordo poi che ho le chat whatsapp dove ammette il problema. Ammesso tra l'altro da suo padre e la sua collaboratrice. Da quello che dice quindi in sala e cucina non c'è il riscaldamento? E neanche nel bagno visto che il calorifero era freddo, anche qui verificato da suo padre. In ogni caso, se il problema era "la circolazione del calore" me lo poteva dire alla prima telefonata che le ho fatto, e non scoprirlo solo dalla sua risposta dopo che le ho lasciato una recensione negativa.

Séjour très agréable, adresse à retenir

L'appartement est en plein centre historique , silencieux et climatisé, aménagé avec goût et bien équipé (machine à laver, fer à repasser, machine café avec dosettes). 2 salles de bain à disposition. Les instructions pour le check in étaient bien claires et l’accès en voiture et le parking faciles
