Misleading ad

The apartment is okay, location is good in a nice area, checkin is with a door code so it was easy

The ad is extremely misleading, I would even say it's a scam. First of all it does not have free parking, you're supposed to park in the street if you're lucky to find a spot, so shouldn't be advertised like this. The wifi does not work properly, is constantly getting disconnected so don't expect to have the two main things on the title. Next problem, they put up photos of two different apartments in the ad, one is a tiny 1br, the other is a 2 floor with sort of an attic/terrace on top. Both photos are on the same ad and obviously makes you think you are getting a nice apartment with lots of living room space and a view but no, it's just a regular 1br with kitchen and a bathroom. They put both on purpose with photos of the stairs on the building to make you think its way bigger than it actually is. Another lie also, the owner says on the questions in here that is possible to store your luggage inside the building before the checkin, but that was also not available. I asked and simply never got a reply. Communication with the owner was extremely difficult, simply got ignored on whatsapp when I asked about checkin details, they read my message and didn't bother replying until 1h later and then they didn't even know who I was even though I had to provide many details like my phone number and name. Checkout at 10am is ridiculous also considering is such a tiny apartment, can't understand how one takes so many hours to clean that, almost same size as hotel room. It's fine to have an apartment without parking and wifi, it's fine it being small. What's not fine is saying lies on the ad.

Excellent location with spacious new apartment.

A surprising amount of space across the rooms. We especially like having a washing machine to clean our clothes.

The spin cycle on the washing machine was incredibly loud so we worried about causing too much noise for the downstairs apartment.

Really nice apartment in Modena, close to everything!

Modern apartment in the center of the city. The host registered our car with the city, so we were allowed to enter the restricted area and park there during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole apartment was really clean. The toiletries (shampoo, conditioner etc.) were high quality. We were allowed to check out one hour later, which was highly appreciated.

The host did not send the check-in details / codes before our arrival, so we had to call / message at night and wait for the reply. Nonetheless, this was not a big issue and probably we would have received the details earlier, had we done the requested online check-in even earlier.

Enjoyable stay

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, thoughtfully divided, and, most importantly, very well soundproofed. As a family, we felt extremely comfortable throughout our time here. The location is also excellent—right in the center, within the limited traffic zone (ZTL), making it convenient to explore the city. Despite being in a central area, we didn’t hear any unpleasant noises from neighboring rooms; the soundproofing really made a difference. The beds were comfortable, and even the sofa bed provided for the children was more than sufficient. Overall, the accommodation met all our needs, and we would gladly return in the future.

The location is great! Also the access way easy! Great communication with the host!

Generally we liked the property, but it would be great if when cleaning pay attention to some details ( sofa to be vacuumed, bed sheets to be complete for the extensible sofa - we were missing pillow cases , and if the bathroom floor is not refurbished where damaged to offer some slippers or clean the area more )

Very happy with everything about our stay!

Perfectly located in the city centre of Modena with parking possibilities. The apartment is modern, clean, and has everything one can need for a couples of days trip. The host provides clear information before hand and answers questions along the stay.

Stressful check in host doesn’t answer very difficult to communicate

Communication with the host was very difficult we have to wait in front of the building to access it host was not answering our emails calls or text very stressful and frustrating and it was after 3 pm Check in time When inside a lot of things were missing sofa bed was not ready then no sheets for it no pillow case and no comforter cover not hygienic … Coffee machine has no capsules Again host didn’t answer or try to send what was missing We need a partial refund

La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro, perfetta per visitare la città senza stress.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville, la gestion de la ZTL et du parking gratuit. Le lotissement était également neuf, en très bon état (à part un dommage derrière une porte). Mais sinon très elegant et bien équipé, notamment avec la machine à laver!

Belle découverte!

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement en hyper-centre. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, pensez à communiquer votre plaque d'immatriculation à la propriétaire pour avoir accès à la zone ZTL. L'immeuble est très bien tenu et l'appartement silencieux est décoré avec goût.

Hervorragende Anreiseskizze und Beschreibung der Anfahrt im Vorfeld, sehr freundlicher Service, vorbildlich. Zentrale Lage, Appartament, insbesondere das Bad, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Reinigung im Appartement sehr nachlässig, Kaffeemaschine mit alten Pads und gefülltem Wasserkocher. Keine Nachtruhe, da bis in die Morgenstunde auf der Straße getrunken und äußerst laut geredet bzw. geschriehen wurde, sehr schade, weil eigentlich tolle Lage und nettes Umfeld.

Molt bonic, modern i cònode.

És un apartament molt bonic, reformat completament amb molt de gust, estil modern, materials de qualitat. Té ascensor. Sense claus, tot va amb codis. Terra de parquet, llit còmode, lavabo equipat amb tot el practic i necessari, te rentadora i rentaplats. Situat a dos carrers del centre, el permís demanat des de l’allotjament d’entrada a zona ZTL es molt còmode, es pot aparcar al davant de casa, però segons l’hora, molt dificil o molt fàcil de trobar aparcament (gratuït davant o en zona blava una mica mes allunyat). Molt recomanable!

Potser afegiria més equipament a la cuina, no tenia microones ni torradora ni tisores, algun plat més seria pràctic per 4.
