Appartamenti Saragozza a due passi da Piazza Grande - WIFI e parcheggio gratuito

Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. L'appartamento è pulito, dispone di un bagno spazioso, una camera da letto e un soggiorno con un divano letto anch'esso comodo. La cucina ha a disposizione la macchina per il caffè e una caraffa d'acqua. La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova a 5 minuti da piazza Grande e intorno ci sono bar per fare colazione o aperitivo e un negozietto per acquistare acqua e frutta. Wifi disponibile e la signora Laura con la quale ero in contatto via whatsapp è stata molto gentile. Le comunicazioni via messaggio funzionano perfettamente. Inoltre l'edificio ha uno spazio comune dove poter lasciare le valigie in caso si arrivi prima dell'orario del check-in o se si vuole lasciare i bagagli al check-out per girare ancora liberamente in città. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The ad is extremely misleading, I would even say it's a scam. First of all it does not have free parking, you're supposed to park in the street if you're lucky to find a spot, so shouldn't be advertised like this. The wifi does not work properly, is constantly getting disconnected so don't expect to have the two main things on the title. Next problem, they put up photos of two different apartments in the ad, one is a tiny 1br, the other is a 2 floor with sort of an attic/terrace on top. Both photos are on the same ad and obviously makes you think you are getting a nice apartment with lots of living room space and a view but no, it's just a regular 1br with kitchen and a bathroom. They put both on purpose with photos of the stairs on the building to make you think its way bigger than it actually is. Another lie also, the owner says on the questions in here that is possible to store your luggage inside the building before the checkin, but that was also not available. I asked and simply never got a reply. Communication with the owner was extremely difficult, simply got ignored on whatsapp when I asked about checkin details, they read my message and didn't bother replying until 1h later and then they didn't even know who I was even though I had to provide many details like my phone number and name. Checkout at 10am is ridiculous also considering is such a tiny apartment, can't understand how one takes so many hours to clean that, almost same size as hotel room. It's fine to have an apartment without parking and wifi, it's fine it being small. What's not fine is saying lies on the ad.
