Posizione, stanze nuove ben arredate.
Ultimo piano (sottotetto) con aria condizionata non funzionante, purtroppo non abbiamo dormito bene per il caldo.

La struttura è molto pulita, ordinata e ben provvista di tutto. La posizione è eccellente e vicina ai parcheggi principali.
L’unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di segnalare bene la possibilità di entrare in ZTL. Infatti solo dopo che siamo entrati nell’appartamento abbiamo visto il foglio che potevamo compilare per la ZTL, cosa che invece non è stata specificata.

Sehr zentrale Lage.
Die Badezimmer waren nicht sauber. Siehe Bild (Mücke an der Wand). Kundenbetreuung antwortet überhaupt nicht schnell und man muss ggf. Erinnerungen senden, um eine Antwort zu bekommen. Treppenhaus schmutzig und dazu Aufzüge sehr langsam. Außerdem funktionierte der Interner nicht gut bzw. überhaupt nicht.
