The apartment was clean & conveniently located, close to all amenities and major sights, a great base for the MotorValley visits and spending a few days in beautiful Modena. I would definitely recommend.
We did have an issue with air conditioning which has a separate unit with a hose to put out of the window and the property was unbearable hot. The agent/host did attempt to rectify with settings advice and finally supplying fans, but as our stay was just 3 days it only really resolved the issue on the final evening. Having said that, it was exceptionally high temperatures during our stay.

Very well located, in the heart of Modena!
Parking a bit far but manageable, if you habe small kids might be harder. Water pressure is rather low in the shower.
