Doskonała lokalizacja, ładna kamienica, winda do apartamentu. Przestronny apartament z dwiema łazienkami i dwoma sypialniami, bardzo czysto i ładnie zaprojektowany. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania, dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia. Bardzo uprzejmy, zaangażowany i pomocny właściciel.

Only difficult for parking which is the same for all well located properties in Modena (inside the ZTL) - however the host told us about that well in advance and offered to arrange for us a special permit for temporary access during check in and checkout.

Old town location, convenient and fun, 3 big beds, owner was nice
Crappy parking, elevator broken….big climb to top floor, AC not working well, horrible sewer smell in bedroom and bathroom
