Everything was amazing, particularly the host, location, comfort, space and cleanliness. The host and owner of the property is amazing with everything,including tips for anything you may ever need.
Only difficult for parking which is the same for all well located properties in Modena (inside the ZTL) - however the host told us about that well in advance and offered to arrange for us a special permit for temporary access during check in and checkout.

Old town location, convenient and fun, 3 big beds, owner was nice
Crappy parking, elevator broken….big climb to top floor, AC not working well, horrible sewer smell in bedroom and bathroom
