Definitely the best host and one of the best apartments I've stayed at in Italy

The apartment was very modern, clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable. Rooms had simple conveniences like ample hooks, shelves and storage, benches and spaces to tuck your shoes. Kitchen was equally well appointed with coffee machine and oven, stove and basics to make a simple meal. The location was central and close to where we wanted to be. Free parking was about 10 minutes walk away, which is quite close and convenient. The host Marco was amazing, very attentive, helpful and accommodating. He arranged access for our car so we could drive up the street to drop off our bags, gave recommendations for parking, sightseeing and dining very promptly. He even offered extended checkout as he didnt have any guests on the day we checked out.

No toilet roll holders. Random one, but it must have fallen off the walls and weren't repaired yet. No washing machine/laundry, but we only stayed the weekend, so waited until our next accommodation to do washing.

Nice, modern and cozy apartment. Very good location: in the old town center, jet close to the outside ZTL zone parkig (if arriving by car). Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Very helpful and friendly owner. Sorted all small issues quickly and with no hesitation.

Iner walls a bit to thin, could hear tv from neighbors.

Fantastic stay in Modena city centre

Marco was the most helpful host. The place was clean and comfortable. What sets it apart is its location, that was the best it could possibly be. It's in the city, close to everything you need, and the safe multistorey carpark is only 5 min walk away. There are dozens of wonderful restaurants and shops within a few minute walk, lots of bars too.

The whole Marco is exceptional! He called us multiple taxis at a moments notice and anytime I messaged him. He was immediately responding to my request. The town of Modena will capture your heart. Marco’s apartment is the perfect place to say to explore the city center. Within a short 5 to 7 minute walk you have the city centre at your disposal. The apartment was spotless. It was easy to get a taxi because of Marco’s help. We really appreciated the coffee and the water in our fridge. Beds were really comfortable with the perfect place to stay.

Perfect place to get to explore Modena

The apartment absolutely spotless and was like home away from home. Very safe neighborhood and steps away from a pizza to enjoy meals and aperitivo. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Marco was also extremely helpful with making a dinner reservation and taxi arrangement.

Great location, very comfortable apartment , clean with all the amenities we needed. Restaurants literally 2 minutes walk. The host was great, always one message away if we needed anything!.

Parking is an issue, although they’re public carparks 10 minutes walk.

Stylish and well equiped apartment in a convenient location:

-Very clean -Well equipped -Pretty building -Good location in the historical center. 12 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from many restaurants and bars.

The elevator is small but its not a big deal.

Loved our stay!

The apartment was a delight! It was very clean and a great location to town. We appreciated the elevator and the cleanliness of the building itself. Our hostess Guilia was an amazing communicator and helped us every step of the way. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The street below was noisy with late night revelers, but that's normal for the area! Bring ear plugs.

Lovely Apartment, Perfect Location

The apartment was modern and clean. It is a newly remodeled space with all new appliances. Our hostess was charming, helpful, and responsive. The location was perfect with restaurants, museums, and sites nearby. A very good choice for a visit to Modena.

The vintage elevator was a bit of a challenge but functional. Much better than not having one.

La manutenzione dei bagni dovrebbe essere più attenta e magari una macchina per il caffè sarebbe stata cosa gradita. Comunque consiglio la struttura, ben riscaldata ed accogliente.
