About this apartment rental

Orfeo's House is a prestigious and ancient residence located in the heart of Piazza Pomposa which has recently been newly renovated. It is accessed from a large entrance with exposed beams; entering the living room of over 40 m2. you will be greeted by the original 17th century frescoes. Here you will find a technological kitchen, equipped with all the most modern accessories, the welcoming living room and overlooking the Muratorian gardens.
Orfeo's House offers you underfloor heating, air conditioning, parquet in every room, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, original glass fixtures and original 19th century furnishings
You will also be able to enjoy the large shared terrace on the top floor overlooking the Ghirlandina and the roofs of the historic centre, ideal for your outdoor aperitifs or to enjoy a bit of sun.

Great location in Modena, comfortable for two couples, A/C worked quite well, especially in 90 degree plus heat. Good restaurants nearby, including one directly downstairs. It's about a 10 min walk from the train station. If ever in Modena again, will definitely try to book.

This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. They were so gracious, just amazing! If you are planning to visit Modena Italy, Stay here at Orfeo's House. 10 out of 10

This is a beautiful property located in the old part of Modena. After unloading I had to park my car a few blocks away as this is in the no car zone. The payoff: close proximity to a very lively night life and impressive restaurants. The apartment is roomy with a modern, complete kitchen and bath. Excellent value.
