A cosy big flat for max 4 persons in near the city center.

A cosy quite big flat. The place is calm and safe. Parking possibility is great (no charge). The city center is very near. Almost all cafés, restaurants are maximum in 20 min. by foot. Check in and check out are very smooth. There are two toilet. Bus stop is 1 minute from the flat. We could easily reach the train station. So, you can also visit Bologna, Parma etc. without searching parking places.

It is pity that the flat has not any balcony. The beds are a little bit too soft. But it is depends on the favorite.

Very well located. 2 bed on the 2nd floor is fantastic. Spacious and comfortable.

Very well located modern apartment . We booked both the 2 bed and 1 bed - 2 bed on the 2nd floor was fantastic - everything needed for a short stay. The 1 bed on the 3rd floor was good apart from the shower - hopeless water pressure. If we had booked only the 1 bed would have been very unhappy. With both apartments booked could at least access good shower although with 6 of us travelling only having one working shower was an annoyance. You can not shower on the 3rd floor - if you book this one bed you are going to be very unhappy.

Shower on the 3rd floor is hopeless. Good water pressure in the bathroom so problem is clearly the shower. DO NOT BOOK THE ONE BED ON THE 3RD FLOOR UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY NOT TO HAVE A SHOWER FOR YOUR STAY.

Lovely apartments, nice and clean with good facilities.

Shower was rubbish, the shower head came off the wall twice and hit me on the head! Room was a little noisy of an evening.

Great location, clean apartment, perfect for a short stay

Excellent location, clean, has all the amenities you need. Easy check-in. Good communication with the host. There's laundry to use in the building as well.

This is not a fault of the host or listing, just be prepared :) The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so keep this in mind when booking the apartment, as you will have to carry all of your things up three flights of stairs.

Great stay in big and comfy apartment

Beautiful loft apartment in good location. Communication with the host was easy. Quiet during the night.

A little tricky with baby stroller as there was no elevator, but as we were informed of this in the apartment description we were prepared (and got a little stronger from carrying it during our stay). No big minuses with the accommodation.

Great location, three story walk up to a very cute soho chic apartment. I/we would go back again!

Simple things should have been left by the host so I didn't have to reach out to him/her to get the answer. Mind you that said person responded very quickly. It just would have been a little easier.

Great place for a short stay

The location is perfect if you want to explore the city center. The apartment is also new and clean. We really enjoyed the coffee machine in the well equipped kitchen .

The appartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift. The windows in the appartment are very small and they do not open fully. There is lack of natural light.

The smaller bedroom didn’t have a view and the upstairs neighbours were really noisy.

Relaxing stay in Modena

The appartment was brilliant, lovely and clean and very spacious. It was a brilliant place to return to at the end of a day exploring, with big lounging floor sofas and extra blankets for when it was chillier. It was a really quiet area yet only a max 10 minute walk into the middle of Modena. The owner was really helpful in communicating with us, coming back very quickly every time we asked questions. They sent us lots of useful information on transfers, which was much appreciated. Very much recommend for a relaxing stay in Modena.

The appartment was perfect for us. The only negative was when we filled up the bath on our last night, there was not enough hot water to have a warm bath - I am sure they may have been able to help us resolve this if we messaged but we didn't as it was our last day :). For accessibility also worth mentioning the appartment is up four flights of stairs.

Excellent location, lovely host!

The apartment location is phenomenal - you walk straight into the city center and everything is reachable on foot. The host was very communicative and when an issue with the shower (leak) was mentioned, he came by the same day to fix it - amazing! He also provided some great tips for lunch/dinner. There is a little bar/pasticceria right around the corner downstairs, which opens early in the morning and is open all day until early evening: great coffee and pastries!

Nothing that was not to like, it was excellent. Only a small suggestion from a female renter: placing a little bin inside the bathroom is always a good idea. Women use items in there that they need to dispose of.
