Vergognoso approccio dell'host che utilizza una piattaforma demenziale per il checkin che poi non funziona e se la prende pure con il Cliente offendendo pure e dicendo che, avendo altri 45 appartamenti, non gliene frega nulla se restiamo fuori casa. Maleducatissima e molto ignorante signora dal tono altezzoso. Poi ti inviano messaggi alle 7 del sabato mattina per sapere come va... Fuori di testa.
