Great location and super comfortable!

Great location, modern feel and comfortable! Everything you need. Really loved the smart TV as well!

Some of the details could be improved, for example the shower was full of limescale and there was no hand soap in the bathroom sink. There also wasn’t a lot of toilet paper, I’m sure we could have asked for more but just little details like that could be improved to make for a more seamless experience.

Modena is a wonderful place to visit and the accommodation was located perfectly.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Modena. Parking about a 10 Minute walk away. 12 euros over night. Great base for exploring the car museums. Modena itself is wonderful and lively with some great restaurants and bars close by.

It’s a small space, a bedroom and a small bathroom. The aircon didn’t work, the heated towel didn’t work and there’s a cloth over the drain in shower because of the sewage smell. I’m turned the shower on and didn’t move the cloth and flooded the bathroom. Great value for money though and would return.

The location was absolutely great!

During our stay, there was no cleaning service. No fresh towels or new shampoos, the host never replied to my message when I asked for these stuff. No value for money. The moisture inside the room was bold.

We liked everything; however, be aware that the washer/dryer combo (for clothes) in the building is very slow, so you'll need to plan around that if you need it.

There’s a smell from the shower drain (not uncommon in Italy apartments). We kept the bathroom door closed so the smell wouldn’t travel into the room and this was ok.

Beautiful room located in the heart of Modena. The AC should be replaced immediately.

Not sufficient air-conditioning. The room has only one old and noisy AC that was not properly working. As it was really warm in Modena during the period of our trip, we were forced to have it on all the time just to keep the room in a medium to decent condition. Moreover, the noise from the AC was really annoying especially during sleeping time.

Modern apartment + very centrally located

Check in was very easy, location is excellent - you really are 2 mins from everything. The apartment is really nicely decorated, black out blinds, good AC and a great bathroom/shower.

There are wafts of sewage, as commented by other guests, but unavoidable I think by the owner. Important to know: there is not good mobile connection and the wifi is pretty spotty, so if you're intending to work from there, it isn't great. Note to the owner: toiletries were good but good to add hand soap.

Amazing location and newly renovated featuring modern amenities, linens, towels, fan, tv with netflix and prime, slippers etc... I slept really well and felt right at home. The moment I arrived, I booked another night. I will definitely stay here again next time.

No WiFi, our experience was not good here

First things first, this apartment is stunningly beautiful and in the perfect location. It has the potential to be one of the finest apartments in Modena. It's all about the most important details though.

The WiFi didn't work and there is no cell signal inside the apartment. We were told it didn't work, however we were told it would be fixed. It wasn't. Problem was that everything we had worked on WiFi, and all of the massive TVs in the apartment also needed WiFi to work, so nothing in the apartment worked besides the shower and bed, making it a complete waste of time staying there when we could have just paid for a tiny hotel room. I'm extremely disappointed that our time in such a beautifully appointed apartment was wasted and became just a boring, quiet and useless place only for us to sleep and shower. Out of respect that it is a local business, I didn't ask for our money back however it wasn't worth what we paid. On another note, there was a hand towel left on the shower drain so our first experience of the apartment (besides nothing working) was the bathroom flooded so we spent an hour mopping the water up.

Comfortable room in the heart of Modena

Great little room right in the middle of Modena. 3 minute walk to the central market and other main squares. 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Entry to the building and the room was all doable via key code, which made check-in very easy!

Beautifully decorated property

A beautifully decorated room right next to the Duomo. We really liked all the little details that added to the charm of that place, like the furniture and the sparkling paint on the walls. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast. It was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed. The property is really central and within walking distance from the main train station. We would definitely go back!

Dank cave bedroom

The location was perfect. The keypad for entry is helpful.

The room was dark, tiny, and depressing. Felt like a cave. The bathroom had no hooks, no toilet paper holder. Did not seem set up for comfortable living. While there were two extra pillows in the armoire, I had to ask the host to drop off pillowcases and she said “we don’t normally provide extra”. Then why were extra in the armoire? The towels were thin and a weird waffle material, and again nowhere to hang them when wet.

Luxury accommodation, perfectly located for enjoying Modena.

Fantastic location, perfect for exploring Modena on foot, as close to main attractions plus bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment beautifully decorated throughout. Bed linens in main bedroom and waffle towels were especially luxurious. Bathroom with coloured lights in the walk in shower was also lovely. Delightful accommodation - just right for our family of four for a couple of nights.

Sofa bed a little snug in the space when opened which could have been a problem if our stay had been longer. Would still rate the accommodation 10/10 though!

Great location but a few issues

Great location, contact less check in was fabulous.

We were not told that we would have to park 8 mins walk away which was actually around 12 with dragging our heavy suitcases through the cobbled streets. If you need to use the sofa bed, it completely blocks the bedroom door entrance so going to the toilet in the middle of the night, we had to climb over our daughter asleep in bed. Lastly, major renovation works happening next door so Jack hammer started at 820! No hand soap given either

The property was beautiful, clean, and modern. the room was spacious and the shower was very nice.

There was very loud construction noise with workers working right next to our window. They were working when we checked in, which forced us to leave the room because it was too loud for us to stay inside, and there was no privacy in the room as the curtains were transparent and the workers were right outside. When we came back into the room at 6pm, they were gone, but they came back before 9am the next day, so we couldn’t even sleep in. Also, the host did not respond to our questions and so we had no check out instructions, and we could not use the luggage hold service.
