Enjoyable short stay in Modena

The property was in a good location, walking distance to the center where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants and boutiques. It was a comfortable size and was clean.

Perfect stay for a family

Quiet location in Modena

The apartment was nice a cool, in a great location in Modena. The apartment was well equipped and spacious and the host was easy to communicate with. It was brilliant value for money.

Some of the dishes, cups etc were a little unclean when we arrived. The sheets were also musty, I think from being left in the washing machine too long before being dried. The free parking was a great perk, but it was street parking so some days we found it difficult to find a space and had to park a little further from the apartment than expected.

A homey in Modena

The host Francesco was very helpful, and made the check-in and key collection as easy for us as possible. He was also very responsive and always available to assist. The room is spacious. We particularly liked the the separate living area away from the bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. It comes with free parking on the street, which was important for us. The property is well located as well. We would take a walk into the city centre in late afternoon / early evening.

Parking is on the street, so it could get competitive if you come back too late at night (after 10pm). We could park on nearby streets, so it wasn't a problem.

A wonderful stay in a chic comfortable apartment in a great location!

The location of the apartment was fantastic and the fact there was free parking was a huge help. I had a problem with the door codes on my phone on arrival and I called Francesco who answered straight away and was so lovely and helpful. He let us in remotely and even dropped keys round for us to use, if the digital door keys on my phone still wouldn’t work. The apartment was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures, stylish and comfortable with everything you might need thoughtfully provided. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it for a few days staying in the lovely town of Modena!

The only tiny thing was that the bedding and towels had a slightly musty smell which I think happens when left in the machine a while. Everything else is as perfect though.

Great location - quiet & central

Enjoyed our one night here - plenty of space and stylishly furnished. Tucked away in a classic apartment building. Good bathroom and large living, kitchen area. Not a great deal of natural light but made up for by good lighting and peace & quiet. TV could be a little larger as the sofa is quite a distance from it but we didn’t need it anyway. Good communication from Francesco

Modena is zeker een topper en de accomodatie aangenaam en sfeervol

Modena is een hele fijne stad om te bezoeken in de kerstperiode. Niet zo druk als Venetië, maar ook heel pittoresk en sfeervol. Ook het Ferrari museum was de moeite waard. Het appartement is helemaal in orde. Sfeervol, een aangename douche, goed bed en prima om te verblijven met twee kinderen (slaapbank in woonkamer).

Alle communicatie van de host in geval van vragen was in het Italiaans; niet altijd evident. De toegang tot de poort werkte niet goed, maar met een beetje improvisatie toch opgelost. De accomodatie is niet zo gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer, want tickets zijn lastig te verkrijgen en redelijk ver om te lopen.

Très agréable !

Spacieux, l’emplacement, la facilité d’accès, la décoration, le confort de l’équipement, les différents savons disponibles.

La machine à café et la bouilloire étaient sales, il n’y avait pas de pattes et linges pour la cuisine, il était dit qu’il y aurait du café et thé de bienvenue et enfait il n’y en avait pas.

Piccolo consiglio: far trovare qualche piccola coccola ( ad esempio cialde per il caffè , filtri per tisane caramelle per bimbi ..) mi è capitato spesso di trovarli ..

Bello e comodo

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro e dal Duomo. Molto bello l'appartamento e comoda l'apertura automatica. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort ed ha a disposizione una cucina attrezzata. Ogni stanza ha il condizionatore e c'è una cabina armadio capiente dotata anche di ferro da stiro. Bello l'arredo.

Nulla in particolare. Da sistemare la sponda del letto che è un po' ballerina.

Dobre miejsce jako punkt wypadowy

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na obrzeżach starego miasta, wokół zielono i dostępne są miejsca parkingowe, a parking dzięki karcie bezpłatny. Mieszkanie jest spore, wyposażone wystarczająco. Bardzo dobre miejsce do zatrzymania się na kilka dni. Właściciel pomocny i bardzo kontaktowy.

Apartament, jak w opisie, jest dość ciemny. Na szczęście my głównie w nim spaliśmy. Pościel jest kiepskiej jakości, do tego nieładnie pachnie (przeszła zapachem wilgoci z pralki). Warto by bylo ją wymienić i pilnować suszenia i wyciągania z suszarki/pralki. W zasięgu spaceru jeden sklep spożywczy.

L’appartamento è moderno e confortevole, si compone di tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno di un fine settimana. Abbiamo trovato la massima disponibilità da parte dell’host che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo. La struttura ha una posizione strategica infatti il centro di Modena è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Fantastico! Posizione ottima.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato e molto curato. Perfetto per una coppia, anche con figli. Ho apprezzato molto la vicinanza al centro e la possibilità di parcheggiare davanti all’abitazione. L’host è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito consigli preziosi per il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!
