The apartment is nice and functional. It also have all the essentials for cooking (oil, salt, vinegar, coffee, tea). The location is good and you can reach the city center by walking.
The beds. Both the principal bed and the sofa had a terrible creak that makes impossible to have a good sleep because it sounds each time you move at night. They need to be replaced. Also, we wake up both days with the screams of a couple having a violent fight. We didn’t call the police only because we don’t speak Italian.
