Fantastic

Apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Well equipped with everything we needed and in a very nice area with a coffee shop/patisserie and a supermarket 2 minutes away. If you are booking a place to stay in Emilia-Romagna to taste the fantastic food and explore the rich automotive history, this is the place for you. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish with tips on local eateries and booked us a taxi to the airport.

Alloggio molto grande e accogliente, dotato di cucina super fornita. A noi non serviva ma utile per soggiorni più lunghi. In 20 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, questa zona è comoda se si ha bisogno di parcheggiare l'auto. Stanza spaziosa e molto comoda.

Il bagno un po' piccolino. Non facile capire come aprire la casa, ma le spiegazioni inviate erano molto dettagliate.

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato dei migliori, la casa è stata difficile da raggiungere perché molto internata, nessun posto auto, bisogna posteggiare la macchina lontano dall'ingresso. Riscaldamenti difficili da impostare. ATTENZIONE non è prevista una colazione completa ma solo un servizio di benvenuto MOLTO limitato (una cialda di caffè per persona e pochissime bustine

Wegen eines den Hinterhof füllenden Baugerüsts gab es keine Parkmöglichkeit. Kein Zugang zur Wohnung möglich. Aufenthalt kostenfrei storniert. Sehr dicht mit Hochhäusern bebaute Wohngegend. Verkehrsreich. Keine ausreichenden Parkplätze im Umfeld.

Große Enttäuschung

Nicht so viel, leider alles anders als versprochen.

Wir hatten das Apartment hauptsächlich wegen dem angebotenem Parkplatz gebucht. Dieser war leider wegen massiven Bauarbeiten am Gebäude nicht zu nutzen. Außerdem gab es keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser. Das die Kommunikation leider um mehrere Stunden zeitverzögert funktionierte mussten wir die erste Nacht frieren und bei kaltem Wasser duschen. Anschließend hat man uns geholfen den Boiler einzuschalten, erst danach wurde es besser. Sehr traurig, dass man sich als Gast, der eine lange Reise hinter sich hat, selbst um die Einstellungen der Wohnung kümmern muss. Solche Dinge sollten vor Ankunft der Gäste in die Wege geleitet werden. Es kommt leider immer häufiger vor, das Wohnungen nicht richtig betreut werden und die zuständige Person oft in einer anderen Zeitzone lebt. Statt dem besagten Parkplatz am Haus gab es dann einen Parkausweis für öffentliche Stellplätze.

Appartamento carino ma da migliorare sulla pulizia

La camera da letto è molto bella, ben arredata, con tanti cuscini ed il materasso è comodo.. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità di Erica e Federico sempre molto carini e pronti ad aiutarci quando avevamo bisogno. Ho scelto questo appartamento sia per la posizione che per la disponibilità di parcheggio.

La pulizia lascia a desiderare soprattutto del bagno e della cucina e dei pavimenti in generale.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Jedynie usytuowanie mieszkania sprawia, że nie jest w pełni komfortowe. Zaletą jest bezpłatny parking.

Un buen sitio para una visita a Módena

El apartamento es grande, con una buena cocina muy bien equipada. Está muy cerca del centro histórico y se aparca delante de la puerta. Tiene una terracita exterior, pequeña, pero aislada con plantas, aunque sea un bajo, resulta agradable.

Es un bajo, las dos habitaciones que se usan como dormitorios son oscuras y solo se ventilan con puertas al exterior, donde hay coches y gente. La cocina tiene una puerta a la terraza. A pesar de sus ventajas (amplitud, buen equipamiento, buena situación) resulta un poco caro para ser un bajo. Es cierto que compensa la posibilidad de aparcar sin sobreprecio, pero para una estancia larga puede resultar un poco agobiante la falta de luz natural.
