Wothwhile to come back !

The location is priceless. Just in the centre of Modena and parking was just 50m away and comes with a parking card. The check in was supported by the owner who assisted you all the way. All in all fantastic !

Difficult to say, There are maybe a few little things such as a new shower head, but the rest was extremely good.

Great location, and spacious apartment

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is spacious, and clean. It has very comfortable beds, and plenty of linens. Kitchen equipment is satisfactory, but we would have appreciated some supplies.

Unduly loud neighbours who did not respect the 9pm-8am silence rule, although Simone, our host, was quick to rectify the situation. Also, the computer entry system is not for everyone (!) and the locks themselves need attention.

Perfect stay in the heart of Modena

The apartment is located in the heart of Modena, in a quiet street, on the 5th floor- there is a small lift. It was big enough to accommodate our family of four. It's decorated in a lovely artsy style that makes you feel like you are home. There is a living room with a big table, two double bedrooms, a tiny but sweet kitchen with a small table for two (great to enjoy that Lambrusco in the afternoon ;)). There is a long bathroom with a shower. And even a balcony where you can enjoy the sound of the church bells. The hosts were very helpful- I couldn't locate the iron and received the response in no time. Altogether great place, I highly recommend it!

A wonderful place to stay in Modena!

This was a fantastic apartment. The host (Erica) was incredibly helpful both before and during the stay. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of local wine which was such a treat and the kitchen was stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea, oil etc. The location was ideal - close to the historical centre and transport.

Perfect place to stay in Modena! Everything advertised and more.

This property was pretty close to perfect! It is very large with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living area and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment was cuter and more spacious than pictured. The rooms were very quiet, you can close the shades for a very dark room at night, and the beds were comfortable. The location is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment had everything we needed and the host was incredibly proactive and pleasant. Parking was very easy,only a 1-2 minute walk away. There is an elevator to the 5th level, but it is quite small.

The lift is perfect, but small. I’m not certain that someone in an adult-sized wheelchair could fit into the lift. But it would allow full accessibility for someone with a cane or walker. As a note, many businesses, museums, and restaurants are closed on Mondays, take this into consideration when planning your stay.

Perfecte locatie, heel schattig appartement, nostalgische oude lift. Het is een leuk en ruim appartement, wel oud, maar dat vindt ik wel zijn charme hebben

Matrassen waren niet zo fijn, 1 rolluik wou niet helemaal meer naar beneden, waardoor je vroeg wakker werd van het ochtendlicht

Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist wegen eines fehlenden Geruchverschlusses durch eine kleine Gummiplatte bedeckt. Übersieht man dies, fließt das Wasser beim Duschen nicht ab. Ein kleines Hinweisschild in der Dusche wäre sinnvoll.

En general todo muy correcto, especialmente la amplitud del apartamento y la limpieza. Ubicación muy bien y silencioso. El sistema de apertura de puertas está genial.

La ducha tiene muy poco espacio y tiene poca presión. En la encimera de la cocina dos de los tres fuegos están estropeados.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto dei problemi perché la stanza non era pronta essendo hanno subito un furto, ma con l’aiuto dello staff super gentile ed accogliente devo dire che ci torno volentieri il ragazzo del centralino super gentile ed onesto e sempre stato pronto per venirci in contro a tutto…gli appartamenti sono bellissimi e super accessoriati

Jättesköna sängar, bra toalett och utrustat kök. Läget perfekt för närhet till Modenas alla restauranger och butiker. Värdarna väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Hiss finns. Nyckelfria lås till port och lägenhet.

Möjligen lite snålt med sköna sittplatser i vardagsrummet och eluttag i sovrummen (I-lands-problem 😂).

Piacevole soggiorno nel cuore di Modena

L’appartamento è davvero molto spazioso ed è situato in pieno centro storico. Estremamente utile il pass per il parcheggio gratuito per l’intero periodo del soggiorno. Molto disponibile la proprietaria. Comodo il check-in automatico.

L’appartamento si trova al quinto piano di uno stabile antico e per salire al quinto piano si deve utilizzare un ascensore particolarmente vecchio e angusto. Alcuni pavimenti sarebbero da rifare.
