L' accès simple à l' appartement. Les échanges fluides avec les propriétaires. Le fait qu'il y ait un macaron gratuit pour le parking la durée du séjour. La déco , la grandeur de l'appartement. Machines à laver linge et vaisselle ;) la proximité du centre a pieds Le soir on voit le magnifique couché de soleil directement depuis la terrasse ;)
Rien! Attention à bien fermer la porte de l' ascenseur ( qui est très vieux ) sinon les gens restent coincés! Et l' appartement est au 5 ème étage.

The location is fantastic. We walked ~15 minutes from the train station. Restaurants and shops are essentially right out the door.
It was missing things like a towel rack in the bathroom. The kitchen has only very basic supplies.

Location and bed.
A very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which smelled like sewage. Very poor sound insulation. The occupants in the neighboring apartment were noisy until late at night, making it impossible to fall asleep. The blinds did not work properly. They did not close completely.
