Comfortable stay, parking traumatic

The apartment was in very central position in Modena. Lift to apartment on upper floor. Reasonably comfortable stay, beds and sofa. Small kitchen space, had most of what we needed for a few days. Good shower. Host was helpful on phone. Quiet area. Once mastered the Entrance was very secure. Very high Tech. Relies on good knowledge of apps and Booking.com availability to come and go. Walkable to Station to visit Bologna and other areas

Was very dark inside. The curtains couldn't be opened easily..blinds more appropriate? Better lighting too required. Not able to read book at night in bedroom. Advertises parking nearby - Its a good 10-15 min walk away. Better communication for foreign visitors about the parking. It was very basic and the first night, a Sunday, we parked in a large car park, within blue lines, only to come back the next day and find the car had been towed away for a Monday market!!! 300 Euro later, and a whole day spent sorting it out, we got our car back. Our host was helpful with locating the car, but really the instructions need to be very clear, when a lot of tourists don't speak/understand the language and protocols. Getting into the apartment was challenging as you had to have app link through booking.com, which we couldn't access until we had Wifi!!! Need to have alternative. Host opened the apartment door remotely!

A comfortable, spacious and stylish apartment to stay in the centre of Modena. Host was very considerate and quick at responding to messages. Parking available too.

Appartamento confortevole

Ottima posizione, appartamento di grandi dimensioni, silenzioso, dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno con un bell'arredamento e pulito. Ottimo il metodo per entrare nell'appartamento e comodo il pass da mettere sulla macchina per le strisce blu. Proprietari ben organizzati.

Le stanze affacciano tutte su un cavedio interno. Tutto molto efficiente e comodo ma un po' anonimo il rapporto con i proprietari che se non contatti direttamente per esigenze particolari (noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno) mandano email precompilate e standardizzate.

Casa deliziosa, completa di tutto e ben arredata. C’é persino sky :) peesonale a supporto gentilissimo e professionale

Unico neo l’apertura automatica di portone e porta, suggerirei di farlo dalla strada perché dentro il palazzo potrebbe non esserci campo.

La sosta perfetta a Modena

Bellissima struttura, ben arredata , ottima posizione , ben attrezzata . Posizione centralissima, il personale è’ stato meraviglioso e davvero molto premuroso. Davvero uno struttura perfetta nel cuore di Modena . A qualche passo d cuore dalla città dove fare aperitivo e movida . Di fianco c’è un ottimo ristorante.

Heerlijk appartement op een fijne locatie aangeboden door een attente host.

Geweldige locatie in centrum, nabij de bezienswaardigheden en restaurantjes. Appartement is goed onderhouden en bovendien schoon, ruim en volledig ingericht. Parkeren niet gemakkelijk maar op 10 minuten lopen een parkeergarage en verder gratis op blauwe vakken (als je een gaatje kunt vinden). Contact met de host verliep vloeiend. Alles klopte met de opgave en foto’s.

De aansturing van de deur van het appartement via een mobiele link werk niet altijd even goed.

En plein cœur de modène. Calme, propre. Bonne literie. Belle salle de bain. Ascenseur ( 3eme étage). Appartement très sympa je recommande.

Ce n'est pas ne pas apprécié mais sachez que vous devez absolument avoir de la connexion internet car l'accès de l'immeuble et l'accès de l'appartement se fait via une application. Pas de clefs !😊

Très bien situé, au calme d'une cours en étant dans le centre ville. On se gare à 5min en suivant les instructions.

Soggiorno davvero fantastico, l’appartamento è davvero pensato e progettato bene. - posizione super centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dai posti più centrali di Modena - Apertura portone e porta di casa tramite app, che oltre a dare estrema flessibilità di orari permette a tutti gli inquilini di essere indipendenti gli uni dagli altri - appartamento molto molto bello, curato nei dettagli, silenzioso e pulito - fornito di ogni elettrodomestico utili a brevi soggiorni: ferro da stiro, lavatrice, microonde, 2 televisori, forno, tostapane, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore (con tanto di cialde nespresso e bustine di té) Davvero consigliatissimo! Complimenti!

L’unica cosa, ma non dipende certo dall’host, il sapore dell’acqua di rubinetto era davvero pessimo, con un retrogusto quasi chimico/salato! Consiglio di prendere delle bottiglie di acqua minerale :)

Confort e comodità in centro

Appartamento pulitissimo, confortevole, caldo, attrezzato benissimo anche in cucina. Tutto bello e nuovo. In centro, zona ZTL, quindi comodissimo per muoversi a piedi, ma prossimo a zone di parcheggio, in convenzione. Grande cortesia e disponibilità dei gestori, abbiamo molto apprezzato la possibilità di effettuare un check-in anticipato per una esigenza particolare. Buono anche il caffè... Ottima soluzione senza alcun dubbio.

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'appartamento RESIDENZA BELLA VITA è stato un'esperienza davvero positiva. Situato nel cuore del centro storico, l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un elegante condominio. L'autonomia offerta dal self check-in utilizzando un semplice link per entrare nel portone condominiale e poi nell'appartamento è stata estremamente comoda. All'interno, l'atmosfera è accogliente e moderna. Le camere matrimoniali, pulite e arredate con gusto, offrono un riposo confortevole e tranquillo. Inoltre, l'offerta di un pass per la ZTL e il parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze sono stati dettagli molto apprezzati. La gradita sorpresa di trovare una bottiglia di Lambrusco in omaggio ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. L'host si è dimostrato estremamente attento alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo chiesto il favore di posticipare il check-out di un'ora e ci è stato gentilmente accordato. Questo gesto di cortesia è stato molto apprezzato. In conclusione, consiglierei vivamente l'appartamento RESIDENZA BELLA VITA a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole, moderno ed elegante nel cuore del centro storico.
