A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location
Just outside the old town of Modena (walking distance to the Cathedral). A short bus or taxi ride to the station. Very secure property. Very spacious and quiet at night. Close to supermarkets

Excellent location and modern apartment (with lift)
An exceptionally good apartment. Easily accessed by lift to the 7th floor, the location is excellent for access to old Modena town and has bus transport along the street. A 5 minute walk to the main piazza and duomo, so many restaurants and food shops. A supermarket is 5 minute walk. The apartment facilities are excellent, the size and freshness of the floor plan is very good. Views from both front and back is excellent, and a balcony off the lounge and dining room is a wonderful way to sit and watch the sun set over a drink. Would highly recommend the apartment for those wanting modern and easy living on the edge of the old town.

Fantastic overall. Great location, easy parking and the host was very helpful. The apartment is perfectly located close to the main square and restaurants. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Comfortable and spacious penthouse with a great view of the Old City
The location was perfect - on the edge of the old city so everything was in walking distance. The apartment is large and airy with a good kitchen as well as laundry facilities. The 2 bedrooms are large and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Best of all was the patio with great views of the old city. It was also useful that the host offers free street parking Our host was just a phone call away and was very obliging and helpful.
The only thing I would have liked is for there to be more pillows on the beds - one each isn't enough. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed.

The bedroom did not have air condition during our stay, but Francesco is installing the air condition on July 1, 2025.
