This is a great two-bedroom apartment.

Excellent location at the Piazza Matteotti. We were there with the Christmas market in the square. It made for a great experience. The apartment was very clean. Simone was always available for help or information by text or phone. We were a minute's walk to great coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and public squares. It is a great two-bedroom apartment with large beds. If you need a third bed, you must use the pullout sofa in the living room which overlooks the piazza. You can hear a little activity at night but only in the living room and kitchen. It actually made it a little fun to look out into the piazza. Again, it was Christmas market time. The bedrooms are very quiet. I f we visit Modena again, I will definitely stay at Altalena sulla Piazza.

Very nice, very central apartment

Really wonderful hosts. Provided detailed information about how to access the apartment, best routes to get there, and checked on our whereabouts on the day to ensure we got in safely. The apartment is perfectly placed 5 minutes from the central areas, surrounded by restaurants (including a highly rated pizzeria across the street). Both the rooms are spacious, both the bathrooms are modern and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the essentials. The flat is nice and clean, well lit and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Modena.

The flat was a bit cold, and we couldn't work out how to turn on the heating. The hosts are awesome so if we'd asked them I'm sure they'd have helped out.

Perfect for families or friends!

Great location in the centro storico. 15 minute walk to the train station but there’s a taxi stand in the piazza if you’d rather not walk. 2 bed / 2 bath perfect for a family. Management was great to work with when we had questions or needed to coordinate. :)

The bed and pillows were firmer than I prefer. The guests before us smoked in the unit (we dropped our bags off before it was cleaned and ready for us). I’m very sensitive to smoke. While I appreciated that the cleaners got most of the smell out, I still had some sinus issues while in the property. That’s not the property’s fault though.

Fantastic modern apartment with parking in the centr of Modena

This was a stunning apartment right in the centre of Modena. The instructions were easy to follow. We purchased the car park drop off pass prior and parked about 5 mins away but the whole thing was easy. The apartment is huge and the coffee provided was just what we needed in the mornings. Loved the technology of phone click for door entry.

Clean, roomy and well located.

The apartment was very clean and roomy. Thew location is fabulous.

The doona was quite inadequate for 12 degrees at night. We don't like sleeping with an air conditioner on. A toilet seat was unattached. There were no instructions for the washing machine.

Location, location, location! Modern & recent renovation to the apartment. November car parking was not a big issue.

Fantastic apartment. The BEST stay experience.

One of the BEST apartments I’ve ever stayed at. Spacious (2bed/bath) & spotless. Very modern & fully furnished. Easy check in/out. Great communication from the property management. It was truly home away from home experience. Don’t stay anywhere else but here. I highly recommend this fantastic apartment. Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything. A taxi stand is on the same street. Modena is worth the visit (min. 3 days). The people were super friendly. It’s a cute small town. Great pizzeria (Berbere) across the street. We had the best dinner based the property manager’s recommendation (Uva d’Oro). Best Gelateria across the street from that resto (Gioelia). Don’t hesitate to book this place.

There was nothing negative about this stay experience. Loved the apartment and will definitely be back.

Perfect voor 2 koppels om Modena te verkennen!

Ruim en heel proper appartement in het centrum van Modena. Zeker een pluspunt is de parkeerplaats aangeboden door de gastvrouw/heer.

Het online inchecken vinden wij minder leuk maar de gastvrouw/heer hebben ons zeer goed geholpen.
