Perfect apartment in a beautiful old town

Wow! Old town Modena is beautiful and so is the apartment. So glad we extended our stay by a night. The apartment is so clean and spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Location absolutely spot on. We will definitely be back!

Perfect apartment in the heart of historic Modena

The location was amazing and the apartment is modern and clean and tastefully decorated. It was very spacious with the upstairs and downstairs, plenty of space to spread out. The building was in excellent condition and so lovely. We loved that it was a block away from everything, the market, the cafe, the square.

OK for one night.

Clean and modern, good location.

The listing said there were 2 bathrooms, it was really only 1.5 since the one didn't have a shower. One shower for 5 people wasn't good, thankfully we only stayed 1 night. I didn't like having to use my phone to open the door, what if your phone doesn't have good internet or has a dead battery? Parking was a far walk with luggage.

Luxurious Apartment In The City Center Of Modena

Not only beautiful but very luxurious, the house, the aminities, the equipment, the ambience is very tranquil. The house is in the middle of the city center. Walking distance to every attraction and cultural center. Many restaurants and great cafe right the other side of the street with good cappuccino and croissants. Me and my family very happy and greatfull with the hospitality of Erica and Frederico. Very friendly, patient and always with quick response. For sure I will stay in this beautiful apartment when I come back to Modena. Grazie mille Erica e Frederico.

Excellent apartment, we'd stay again.

The property was excellent, a full sized 3 bed house in an apartment. It was clean w great facilities, including the kitchen, dining, bathrooms, washing machine and Netflix access. Location was very central. Communication was fantastic.

We both got into the small lift with our bags and arrived in a tiny hall, I struggled to open the door and got claustrophobic so my husband had to squeeze passed me. We should have gone up the stairs first and opened the apartment and seen the different door w access to the lift. We used the stairs which was fine to the 3rd level after that.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Domizil liegt sehr zentral. Es war äusserst sauber und die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Der Kontakt jederzeit verfügbar. Die Möblierung sehr passend und stilvoll.

Casa antigua pero muy bien reformada, mobiliario nuevo, cocina, baños, camas estupendas, la calefacción perfecta.

El menaje algo justo para 8 personas,te obliga a poner más a menudo el lavaplatos. No dejan fregona..
