Posizione centralissima e vicina alle principali attrazioni. Parcheggi l'auto al tuo arrivo e non la sposti più (la struttura ci ha consigliato parcheggio adiacente all'appartamento e attivato i permessi ztl). L'appartamento é come in foto, spazioso luminoso e curato. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 comodamente tra le 4 stanze e i 3 bagni massimo comfort, camere spaziosissime come gli spazi comuni . Il proprietario super disponibile ha risposto velocemente ad ogni richiesta e dubbio. Quindi assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno relax a Modena!!!

The apartment was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. Even though the water is good to drink, the water filter system is a big plus. The location was fantastic! Parking was easy and near to the apartment. Francesco was a great host, he made the communication easy. He gave good instructions for the building access and parking. He set up the permit to allow us to drive in the ZTL for the nearby parking . Grazie Francesco! Hope to stay at the apartment again!
No elevator (common in Italy). It wasn’t a problem for us, but for people with mobility issues, you should know.

Appartamento splendido in un palazzo storico nel centro di Modena, a due minuti dal Duomo. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e veloce nel rispondere (anche riguardo la ZTL!). Consigliato per gruppi di amici o famiglie 😊
Unica pecca: è al quarto piano senza ascensore , due di noi sono incinta e hanno faticato ad arrivare in cima 😅
