Ottima posizione, appartamento davvero grande e comodo per 4 persone, che consente ad ognuno di avere la propria privacy. Belli i quadri e i libri, che fanno casa. Bella la mansarda
Peccato la poca cura dei dettagli: il tavolo della sala inutilizzabile perché rotto sotto e instabile. Niente acqua all arrivo, né cialde per la macchina del caffè, almeno una moka non funziona. Salendo alla mansarda lungo le scale un piccolo antro aperto fa da ripostiglio, poco piacevole. Peccato, davvero. Non ci siamo sentiti coccolati, ecco

Ampie camere da letto. Pulito e ottima posizione.
Odore sgradevole dal bagno del corridoio per inutilizzo prolungato. Mancanza del sacchetto della spazzatura e dei bicchieri.

Struttura eccezionale, rapporto qualità prezzo migliore fino ad ora provato. Dettagli ricercati nell’arredo, posizione e vista sulla città magnifica. Pulizia impeccabile. Consiglio a pieni voti
Piccola pecca assenza dell’ascensore, e dal bagno dopo aver scaricato usciva leggero mal odore.

Posizione centralissima e vicina alle principali attrazioni. Parcheggi l'auto al tuo arrivo e non la sposti più (la struttura ci ha consigliato parcheggio adiacente all'appartamento e attivato i permessi ztl). L'appartamento é come in foto, spazioso luminoso e curato. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 comodamente tra le 4 stanze e i 3 bagni massimo comfort, camere spaziosissime come gli spazi comuni . Il proprietario super disponibile ha risposto velocemente ad ogni richiesta e dubbio. Quindi assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno relax a Modena!!!
