It was clean and the location was perfect. We could feel the city soul. The apartment has everything you need.

One of bedroom was a bit small and the bed was a bit small for 2 adults. The other bedroom does not have bathroom. It is not a big thing but just wanted to mention.

Perfecto!

We had a great stay in Modena for four nights at this property. Perfect location, nice & safe area with coffee very close by! Steps away from the Mercato too! We were tired upon arrival from traveling so the access to the building and apartment was a little confusing for us. However! The staff responded immediately to our inquiries and helped us resolve the issue without any hesitation. I would highly recommend Casa Delle Note and the property management team! 10 Stars!

Slept like a baby after watching a good movie.

Location and privacy

Just a bit of faff getting in, I’ve never had to do anything like clicking links to open doors and that, key box is the limit to my technical knowledge! Probably just me. Owner was at the end of the phone helping me out and very patient.

excellent location and beautiful place to stay

Amazing location, very nice and modern apartment, I 100% recommend and would come back. The kitchen is very well equipped. The communication with the apartment manager was super nice and always very fast - we appreciated it a lot!

The wifi was really slow, sometimes nonexistent and our EU data didn't work well in this location. It was not a problem for us, but if you plan to work from there, maybe it could be an issue. We also travelled with my in-laws so I prefer to clarify that there are 2 bedrooms on the "second floor" where you get by stairs, and one bedroom has a bathroom. The second bathroom is on the main floor, where is the 3rd "room" with a sofa bed. I somehow didn't catch that, but if you want two separate bathrooms for 2 separate couples, one will have to have to use the bathroom downstairs in the main living area. Again, at the end it was not an issue for us, but good to know.

Bella casa, pulita, letti comodi, molto silenziosa, due bagni, appartamento comodo per 5 persone, in zona centro storico. Ottima gestione della comunicazione riguardo ai servizi come il parcheggio.

Struttura moderna e pulita con tutti i comfort di una casa . Molto utile avere due bagni . La casa era calda e con una ottima posizione centrale .

Non me ne sarei più andata.

Appartamento meraviglioso, curato nei dettagli e con tutti i confort. Molto ampio e studiato per ottimizzare gli spazi. Dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici: microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e phon. In dotazione alcune capsule del caffè, bustine del tè, pastiglie lavastoviglie e lavatrice, shampoo e docciaschiuma, biancheria da letto e salviette. Letti molto comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ampia doccia e la grande vasca. Temperatura perfetta e comunque modulabile. Il check in è tutto digitale perciò non c'è rapporto umano ma se serve si può contattare facilmente un referente. Atmosfera molto accogliente, mi sarei trasferita subito.

Check in un po' complicato per chi non è molto tecnologico come me. Ascensore piuttosto lento (però già bello che ci sia). Wi-Fi un po' scarso, dovevo partecipare a una riunione online per lavoro e riuscivo a collegarmi solo dal secondo piano.
