Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Just okay for us.

Modern very spacious with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Great air con.

A poor choice for us being so far out of town and us being on foot. Limited food options within walking distance. This is our mistake as it’s location is clearly mentioned in the advertising. Delayed response from host despite advising our arrival time. Didn’t get timely access- relied on another tenant to open the main door. One bed wasn’t made up. Linen, towels and pillows were poor condition. No corkscrew. No clear instruction for wifi - although host did respond quickly when asked, unfortunately didn’t advise where to find it. Found it well above eye level at front door, you need to stand on a chair to scan.

Insatisfação com atendimento, cobrança indevida.

Apartamento bem equipado, bem mobiliado, com bonita decoração.

Elevador super antigo e pequeno. Reservei para 7 pessoas, sendo uma criança de 11 e um adolescente de 13 anos. Quando fechei a reserva na plataforma, o booking me informava que a hospedagem de uma das crianças seria gratuita, ok, gostei da notícia. Infelizmente qdo chegamos no apartamento, o sofá cama não estava montado para as 2 crianças, apenas as camas para os cinco adultos. Eu entrei em contato com o anfitrião e depois de muito tempo enviaram uma pessoa para verificar a situação. A pessoa veio até o apartamento, mas não resolveu completamente o problema do sofá cama, pois o apartamento não tinha nos armários, lençóis e edredons suficientes para todos os hóspedes. Enquanto saímos para jantar, deixaram uma sacola com os lençóis e edredons extras para eu montar o sofá cama. A partir daí começaram a me incomodar, dizendo que eu havia feito a reserva apenas para 6 pessoas e não para 7 (sendo que prepararam o apartamento para receber apenas 5 pessoas!). Me cobraram o pagamento extra por uma pessoa a mais, mas eu me recusei a pagar, afinal minha reserva foi concluída para 7 e não para 6 hóspedes e, se a plataforma me deu a gratuidade para uma criança, isso deveria ser tratado entre anfitrião e plataforma. Achei chata a situação. Infelizmente queimou um pouco a boa impressão inicial das instalações. Um dos chuveiros não aquecia a água.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Es ist ein hübsches Appartement. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Das WLAN hatte seine Schwächen. Der Wäscheständer könnte erneuert werden.

gradevole, ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo, qualcosa da rivedere ma sono sicura che è già risolto

casa carina, pulita e in zona molto tranquilla, due bagni e 3 stanze, zona giorno per pranzo\cena piccolina se si è in tanti. Si arriva agevolmente in centro anche a piedi, vicini servizi come bar, ristoranti e minimarket. Host sempre disponibile e cordiale, abbiamo fatto delle richieste per attrezzatura mancante visto che eravamo in 8 ed era organizzata per 4/5 e si sono prontamente adoperati a fornirla.

Il sistema dell'acqua calda non è adeguato o non correttamente funzionante, doccia fredda dopo poco, in 8 è stato impensabile fare tutti la doccia. Le tapparelle elettriche erano rotte e erano state staccate, quindi non si potevano sollevare ovunque. Segnalati questi problemi che non potevano essere immediatamente risolti, l'host è stato cortese nel scusarsi e nel prendere in carico le problematiche.
