Wide flat in central Modena

The flat is located in an old beautiful palace in the main road of downtown Modena. The flat is very big, well furnished, provided with everything. Very comfortable.

The two rooms are divided by a wooden wall. It doesn't goes up to the ceiling, therefore there's not a real separation between the two rooms. You hear every small noise from the other room. My wife was unable to sleep because of other room's snoring...

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Disappointing and needs some repairs

It was a good location and quiet.

The apartment was pretty disappointing. It seemed like it was an apartment that hadn’t been updated at all for 50 years and they cleaned out some stuff and then put a modern office in a very large room and they call that two bedrooms. There’s no door to the double bed room so there’s absolutely no privacy. The kitchen was very hard to cook in. It lacked sufficient utensils, pans and work space. The washing machine was very old and didn’t work well. Air conditioning unit in the bedroom did not work. The dish washer had a sign on it not working. We never interacted with anybody. There was just codes to get into the building. No one let us in or walk us around.

Frankly Modena dose not deserve to be visited

The location was good,

The rooms was split in half, as we booked for 2 bedrooms but actually it was one room spited in half and also it lack of privacy, plus on the we got the room at 3:30PM because they were still cleaning and preparing the room.

Appartamento perfetto per famiglie

Appartamento molto curato e di classe. Il proprietario è stato responsivo ed estremamente gentile. La posizione era quanto di meglio si possa desiderare a Modena: vicinissima al centro ma affacciata su un cortile interno, per cui non esposta a rumori del traffico.

Posizione centralissima, appartamento molto accogliente e ben attrezzato con un bel soffitto e arredamento curato.

Absoluta falta de privacidad

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, limpio y todas las instrucciones son muy claras.

Lamentablemente, todo lo positivo del departamento se ve opacado por la absoluta falta de privacidad entre las dos "habitaciones". En realidad una habitación es solo una separación de vidrio con cortinas que no está realmente separada de la habitación principal, de hecho la separación de vidrio no llega al techo, por lo cual se puede oír todo entre ambas habitación. Esta absoluta falta de privacidad fue muy molesta para nuestro viaje en familia y arruinó lo que, en otros puntos, podría haber sido un lugar muy cómodo y agradable.

nessun servizio a fronte di freddo consistente nell'appartamento (stufette non sicure e scarsamente funzionanti). l'appartamento ha una bella struttura ma la sensazione è, a fronte di costi significativi, di non essere assolutamente curati.

Fantastiskt läge och otroligt trevlig och välkommunicerande värd. Rent. Något obekväma sängar

+ Fantastiskt läge + vacker byggnad. + Fantastisk kommunikation med värden. + Tydliga instruktioner, bra guider. + Det fanns flera AC för skön inomhusluft, de flesta saker fungerade som de ska. + Städningen var superb. + Tack för extra handdukar och badrumsartiklar! Det underlättade.

- Sängarna var obekväma, en säng lutade, höga ljud när man rörde sig - Rummen har noll ljudisolering, ett tillbyggt rum hade inte väggarna till taket. Tänk på det om någon vill göra något romantiskt eller om man har en snarkare i sällskapet... - AC'n fungerade bra på medelnivå och räckte precis för den temp som rådde när vi var där (ca 30C dagtid). Men högre effekt eller auto-läge så hade de ett hemskt vibrationsljud. - Saknade en karaff eller kanna och en vanlig kaffebryggare eller moka-panna. Fanns endast nespresso. Kunde inte göra mitt kaffe som jag önskade. - Diskmaskinen var trasig

Bel appartement, au calme et bien équipé. Bien situé, en limite de la ZTL pour le déchargement des bagages. Plusieurs lieux à visiter et des restaurants abordables à proximité.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le principe de check in et de paiement de la taxe touristique via des plateformes internet.

comodo per una breve sosta a Modena

Ottima posizione, bellissimo palazzo, diponibilità di cucina, lavatrice e piccoli elettrodomestici. Non ho percepito rumori dalla strada

La seconda camera è ricavata all'interno di quella principale con una parete che non arriva al soffitto, quindi si sentono tutti i rumori. I letti sono migliorabili. Il check in gestito in modo del tutto impersonale via whatsapp (per alcuni può essere un plus)
