Moldy and weak aircons and no elevator to 4th floor

It was clean and close to city center

We had to climb 4 floors with luggages and baby stroller each time. There is no elevator and it is very painful to go to the 4th floor with heavy luggages or packages. The airconditioners are not maintained and blowing mold and not cooling well.

Modena at its finest

This apartment was PERFECTLY located for exploring Motor Valley and all that Modena city center had to offer and provided the perfect amount of space for our family of four (our children especially loved the bunkbeds and TV in their room. Plus the very plentiful street parking and the brand new grocery store across the street meant we had access to the essentials. An extra shout-out to our hosts for locating and forwarding our lost item.

Lovely, spacious apartment, close to city center!

Very spacious and lovely apartement, two separate bed rooms and a living room with sleeping sofa, easily would be possible for six people to sleep. Kitchen with everything needed is available, very welcoming hosts! Good parking and in 10min walking distance from old city, easy check in/out!

L'appartamento è dotato di numerosi servizi (lavastoviglie, microonde, bollitore, giochi da tavolo, libri, pianoforte, condizionatori), adatto per famiglie o per coppie. Gli ambienti sono puliti e spaziosi. Lungo strada si può parcheggiare gratuitamente ma esiste anche un parcheggio nel cortile della casa, a cui si accede tramite cancello elettrico. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili per dare informazioni e consigli sulla città!

Avremmo gradito una coppia di cuscini in più in camera, in aggiunta ai due già presenti nel letto.

Appartamento pulitissimo , dotato di ogni confort al disopra delle aspettative. In posizione ottimale all interno di una struttura molto silenziosa. Il parcheggio riservato all interno del cortile una vera chicca.pee chi viaggia in auto. Animali ammessi.

Comfortable stay in edge of Modena

Easy walk to centro antico. Across the street from new supermarket. Spacious.

Only coffee was a moka pot that was old and rusty inside. Only got checkout instructions after we were already gone.

Fantástica estancia

Todo el apartamento estaba en perfecto estado, muy limpio, y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además, la zona es muy tranquila y está a unos 10 min del centro. También, tienes posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio o en la calle que es fácil aparcar. Por último, el anfitrión Andrea fue muy amable y me dio muy buenas recomendaciones para comer y realizar visitas. También, las instrucciones para recoger las llaves y que me envió eran muy claras (aunque en mi caso cuando llegué el me recibió en el apartamento), y además, habla español perfectamente, lo cual facilita mucho las cosas para los hispanohablantes.En definitiva, este alojamiento merece mucho la pena y si vuelvo repetiré sin ninguna duda.

Quizás lo más complicado es que está situado en una tercera planta sin ascensor, aunque en mi caso no me supuso un gran problema. Y por pedir algo, pues eché en falta un tostador, y para mí la cama era demasiado blanda, aunque esto me imagino que dependerá de cada uno.

Sehr groß und schön und alles war topp organisiert. Zum Piazza Grande 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben von den Vermietern tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Cafés bekommen.

Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Stor moderne lejlighed med fin parkeringsplads

Stor rummelig lejlighed 10-15 minutters gang fra centrum. Tryg parkering i aflåst gård. Coopbutik på torvet lige overfor. Alt fungerede og der var meget rent. Fint med 3 separate airconditionanlæg i rummene.

Appartamento ampio e dotato di ogni comfort. Zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro storico a piedi (10 minuti) Parcheggio disponibile.

Prijazna gostiteljica. Apartma smo rezervirali isti dan, potrudila se je, da smo ga prevzeli uro pred uradnim check inom. Privat parkirišče, bližina centra mesta. Zelo čist apartma z vsem kar je potrebno za udobno bivanje. V hladilniku nas je pričakala hladna voda, na voljo čaj, kava... Bili smo izjemno zadovoljni, če bomo v Modeni se vrnemo sem.

Très belle découverte

Appartement récemment rénové avec des matériaux d'excellente qualité. 2 belles chambres et une cuisine parfaitement équipée. L'emplacement est idéal à 10min à pieds du centre ville dans une rue ou il est facile et gratuit de se garer. Check in autonome ultra simple et hôte entièrement disponible pour des conseils de visites et autres conseils ! Nous reviendrons !
