L’emplacement est idéal au centre de Modène, l’appartement est moderne, refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Il est très calme, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire nous a donné de très bonnes indications pour visiter la région. Il est très accessible ce qui est appréciable.

This apartment is in a quiet location near the station (1.2 km by foot) and the historic centre (300-400 m by foot). There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is close to the historic fresh food market and the COOP (local supermarket). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is tastefully but functionally furnished. There is air conditioning and heating if needed. The washing machine, drying rack and iron was a bonus. Antonio is kind and very helpful and available if any assistance is needed. I would stay here again. 10/10

Everything is new and fresh. I really liked the size of the apartment: lots of space and fresh air. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the sights, as well as the bus and train stations. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, both beds are large and comfortable. Antonio is always in touch and helps with all questions and concerns.
