Nice appartment for two

one bedroom appartment in old town, quite rooms as to the back, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, quite spacious bathroom with shower, small courtyard 15-20min to rail station, two bars within 10m, one opens early, supermarket 10min, plenty of restaurant within walking distance, all sights within walking distance, public transport 5-10min away

personally, the mattress is too soft for me I would prefer a table in the kitchen, not bar stools

Location was fabulous. Has washing machine. Massimo helpful and arranged parking permit.

Dryer is very slow but there is a self service laundry around the corner.

Great location

This was in a perfect location, walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions.

The washing facilities- the heat pump dryer - meant it took hours for our washing to dry.

Lovely little gem in the heart of Modena

Very spacious, right in the centre and the 2 apartments were perfect for 2 couples. Super clean and lots of facilities. Easy check in and check out. Very close to a couple of cute bars but still very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Modena!

Spacious location with a great kitchen and full sized fridge. Steps away from shopping and dining but very quiet.

Location is convenient and housekeeping was very nice.

I appreciated the location and the cleanliness. We arrived early and were given permission to leave our luggage, which we greatly appreciated. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I would recommend removing some of the furniture in the bedroom - way too crowded.

Perfectly placed to explore Modena.

We loved Modena. Our host booked a parking permit for us which was incredibly helpful. He was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was perfectly placed for exploring the city.

You need to be clear that there are 2 apartments. The one in the pictures shows an outside space and has a kitchen separate from the bedroom which is appt A. There is an appt B which is a bed sit - also nice but all in one room but without an outside space. If you want the external area and more space then you need to be sure to book A. I didn’t realise that there were 2 appts when I booked - might just be that I didn’t read it properly but just thought it would be useful to point up.

Excellent location with a very clean room. Nicely designed and in a good condition. Staff very responsive to messages.

It wasn't clear to us which keypad to use for entry. Perhaps send a photo at check in. It wasn't clear how to operate the lift.

Great apartment, very cozy and clean, very good location. we walked to the Enzo Ferrari museum. Thanks, we found everything we needed for breakfast and cold water in the fridge. Only if you come with a car, search in advance where you will park your car, because the apartments are in the old town.

Lovely night in Modena.

Very nice small apartment in an historical building of Modena city center. We stayed just one night, but you’d have everything you need for much longer stays, whether you travel with your family or alone. Checking in was very easy and the owner available for help. Recommend.

We were well informed before we arrive by the host. The flat was very central and there were cafes restaurants and shops close by. In the kitchen there were coffees tea bags crackers and some stuff for breakfast.

Lovely apartment at the heart of Modena. Super clean and has more than enough facilities that you'd require for a lovely stay in the city. About 400 mts to the Duomo and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Also extra points for an amazing balcony and fully furnished kitchen

Check-in was stated at 14:00 while reserving but was informed that it'll be at 15:00. Although the cleaning lady did tell us that we can do so at 13:00 itself. However didn't matter much to us coz we had a lunch reservation and the host was gracious enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment

The apartment was clean, had plenty of room with a cute patio. The apartment has everything you need and the host is very helpful. The location is excellent in such a beautiful city. We loved our stay.

Location. We arrived at Modena Station by train at 8pm and walked 10 minutes to La Casa del Centro not finding a single person in the street. Too lonely at this hour.

The location is great, the apartment is really nice and welcoming, the Host makes you a pass so if you come by car you can drive in a limited area zone.

Sometimes the Host takes a while to answer which can lead to frustrating moments, we couldn't play with the temperature at the apartment

Very good

Fantastic location. Comfy bed great WiFi and powerful hot shower. All facilities provided were good.we were allowed to leave our luggage before check in. Nice to have milk and water left for us in the fridge. Cereal jam and toast were also in a basket as well as a coffee machine.

Check in wasn't the easiest the instructions for the keys were very clear however once inside the building it took us a while to find the correct door to the apartment as everything is done remotely and the host is absent. The facilities were great but there are very few plugs sockets in the room so could do with some more and a couple more coffee pods would have been great. There is also a lot of noise from the street in the apartment we stayed in. Although the window closes there are air vents in the wall that carry the noise and this was still happening at 1.30am. Having said all this we would stay again as the location is perfect .

Nice Appartment in the city center. Everything you need including a small terrace. Our rental car was registered for ZTL so that we were allowed to enter the city center for unloading. Paid parking is available in walking distance. Many parking spots do not need to be paid after 8pm. Depending on how far you want to walk parking gets cheaper.

Definitely recommend!

The location is very good, just in the historical centre. The apartment is very nice and good equipped, facing the courtyard, so it was quiet in the evening.

The free parking was a little bit complicated with ZTL permission and looking for a free place, but Massimo advised us. When the air-condition at the terrace was working, it was quite noisy to sit there.

Great location, comfortable bed.

Great location, very close to the center of town. Bathroom was a good size, bed was large and comfy. Only stayed one night so didn't use the laundry.

Was noisy on a Saturday night as there is a popular restaurant down below. Good for people interested in staying out late, but maybe not great for those who go to be early.
