Great stay in the heart of Modena.

The location is amazing. 5 minutes walking from the main square of Modena and the main attractions. The property was big and warm, with a large bedroom and living room, a kitchen and 2 toilets (1 bathroom and 1 toilet).

Everything was great, only thing was the bathroom at the ground floor which is not too convenient. But, we stayed 1 night so we didn't need it.

Appartamento in centro a Modena. L’host è stata super gentile nel consigliarmi posti dove mangiare e da visitare. C’è stata molta flessibilità su tutte le mie esigenze (early check-in e late check-out). l’appartamento aveva a disposizione tutto l’essenziale.

Attenzione a queste condizioni: Non è accessibile a persone con mobilità ridotta. Il riscaldamento tradizionale non è presente (ci sono le pompe di calore caldo e freddo) L’appartamento è in ZTL.

Appartement mit Altstadt-Flair in prima Lage - für Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet.

Die Lage ist genial in der inneren Altstadt gelegen. Alle Ziele in der Altstadt sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter hat auf Anfrage schon prima Tipp gegeben, wo man ganz in der Nähe parken kann - sogar kostenfrei, wenn man die im Appartement hinterlegten Berechtigungsscheine ausfüllt und im Auto sichtbar hinterlässt. Appartement hat wirklich Altstadt-Flair; Dusche befindet sich im EG, WC in OG; zwar alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch alles bestens funktionsfähig. Bett/Matratze ausgezeichnet.

Parksituation direkt vor Haus schwierig - nur Ein- und Ausladen möglich. Fenster zum Innenhof - damit nachts immer wieder mal geräuschintensiv. Schlüsselübergabe unpersönlich.

Comoda soluzione per un soggiorno modenese, estivo.

Posizione comoda. Camera spaziosa dotata di cucinino (però non lo ho usato quindi non posso esprimere un parere sulla funzionalità). Possibilità di parcheggiare nei posteggi a linee blu disponibili non lontano, lungo il viale. Il moderno pac man in soggiorno!!

Piccolo Bagno con doccia al piano inferiore, senza riscaldamento ma dotato di una stufetta infrarossi che si accende con rilevatore di presenza, non troppo sensibile. Quindi comfort ridotto.

Ottima soluzione

Posizione comodissima in centro città. Alessandro é stato molto simpatico e disponibile! Sono rimasta solo una notte e posso garantire che sia una soluzione più che adeguata ad un breve soggiorno. Prezzo onesto, assolutamente consigliato.

I bagni avrebbero bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione (soprattutto il bagno al piano superiore). Però non hanno creato disagi ed é positivo il fatto che ce ne siano due (uno completo ed un altro di servizio).
