I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Very reasonably priced, perfectly located (5 minute walk into the centre), free parking right outside. The rooms were spotless and cosy, really comfy bed and lovely bathroom facilities. The communication from start to finish was great. My son and I had a really good stay and I would visit again in a heartbeat.

This place was so charming! The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. Our room was very comfortable - we appreciated the larger bathroom, and the bed was very comfy. The location was absolutely perfect too. We had a car, so we needed easy parking (we got a spot right in front, no problem) but also wanted to be close to the old town center and it was a quick, charming walk of just a minute or two. Would return in a heartbeat!

- so close to the old town, it was a perfect location. Codes to gat into building and to unlock key box are very user friendly. - filtered water onsite - can use « taxi move » app to get a taxi to the train station if necessary or to a balsamic tour outside the city - we enjoyed the stay - friendly staff - our room was ready early so that was a big plus - I recommend!

While the hotel doesn't have any extravagant amenities, it more than makes up for it with practicality and comfort. One of the highlights of the room was the pod espresso machine, which provided a delightful way to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at any time. Coupled with a great price, this hotel offers excellent value for those wanting to experience Modena without breaking the bank. Overall, while it may not have all the bells and whistles, the combination of its location, convenience, and affordability makes it a great choice for travelers.

Totally automated, so personal contact was absent. Could not figure out where the breakfast coupon was for the free local breakfast down the street. Beds were not entirely comfortable.

Our stay here was great and just what we needed. The room was very spacious and had two(!!) AC units. The shower and bathroom were both very large. We didn't receive the email with the entry information and when I called I was able to get it quickly and easily which was a relief. They provide a parking permit for on-street parking in front of the building which is very convenient. The property is convenient to walk all of Modena but in a quiet and less busy area.

Wonderful stay at Vittoria Veneto. Easy check in, safe access to the property and parking is on street with a free voucher. The room was really nice with a great bathroom with huge shower. Kettle and coffee machine. Really close to the centre but on a quiet and very beautiful street. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Loved property very clean and modern! Would return to a lower floor as there's no lift, so difficult to transport luggage and oneself up and down the stairs! Could benefit from a microwave and coffee machine didnt work. TV wasn't easy to figure out but the people are so lovely.

Very well located, walking distance to the old town. The room is a decent size which was great. Surprisingly the bed was very very comfortable. Also the bathroom is a good size. Easy to check in and checks out. Overall was a good experience would not hesitate to stay here again .

Excellent experience. Instructions from the owner were clear and accurate. Parking was available almost directly in front of the property. Nice large room, coffee maker, and very nice bathroom in bed. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for five nights in May 2024. My room was large and clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location is wonderful - just a 5 minute walk to the center. I didn’t see the staff very often because it was mostly unstaffed, but when I did they were friendly and helpful. A few opportunities for improvements: My room was very humid. Being on the first floor, I didn’t want the windows open all the time so people could see in. I did a load of washing my first day there and after three days it still was not dry and it was hard to sleep due to the humidity. I asked twice and finally the air was turned on. My shower head leaked over the top of the shower door, which meant my bathroom was all wet after showering. There are safety boxes where you can leave your key, which I did because the keychain is very large and heavy. On my last day the code to my box was no longer working and I was locked out. After about 20 minutes I found a housekeeper upstairs and I was able to get into my room. I recommend taking off the keychain and bringing the key with you to avoid being locked out.

Very clean, well located to Modena Centro but easy to reach by car with on street free parking. Arrival is entirely independent as a receptionist is present only from 8-1pm but all necessary information is provided and welcoming email includes all the codes for front door, room key and parking access. No elevator.

Was told by the site the room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the 3rd floor. tv remote needed batteries. Couch bed was damp when we arrived. No english tv stations.
