Good value in a nice location

Location is great. The host was very responsive and got back to us immediately when we had questions. The little kitchen is useful. If you need a home base and plan to be out and about, it is a great option.

Lovely Stay, Sweetest Host, Central Location

We were greeted by the host herself which was very nice. She saved us a parking spot right in front of the apartment, so that was super convenient for our only 1-night stay in Modena. The location of the apartment is the best - very central and we could sightsee the city all by feet. We highly recommend Menomoka cafe for breakfast which is like a 2-minute walk from the apartment. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

The lightning in the bedroom was a bit too dark.

Superb

Very Central Location, in the heart of the Vecchia Modena but extremely quiet and calm road. Few meters away the world renknown Osteria Francescana and in front of a very interesting cooking school, the apartment is perfect for exploring Bologna and also all other cities around (Bologna, Parma, Reggio Emilia, etc.). The checkin was super easy and the host is very kind and flexible with the check out. apartment very cozy with all facilities for the kitchen and bathroom. It is a really worth price for value place

Happy with my choice

Rua Freda was an excellent choice for my stay in Modena. The location is pretty centric with various eating places a few meters away from the apartment. There also is the Enzo Ferrari museum that is very close. The state of the apartment is amazing, everything seems new. We were a family of 4 and we had plenty of space. I’m happy I choose this location.

Amazing location in the heart of Modena

Excellent location!!! Host was very communicative and SO helpful. She got us everything we needed, and even arranged a car for us to get to the airport! The location of the apartment is perfect, on the edge of Centro and a 5-10 minute walk from everything.

Would have loved a washing machine in-unit! Stairs were steep but we got a good workout lol

The owner was super kind right from the start! Place was nice and clean, and the location incredibly close to the city's main sights and restaurants.

Neighborhood was a bit noisy and we could hear most of the noises coming from the other apartments.

Amazing stay at a wonderful location

The apartment was lovely! Beautiful old beams in the ceiling and had a lot of charm. In a great location close to everything. Grocery store just seconds away. Host left some snacks for us! Very easy to work with. Modena is a wonderful town

One of a kind, perfectly located historic apartment in Modena with a lovely host!

This suite is in a perfect location and has all the amenities. The host was so lovely and was helpful giving us tips on what to see and do in Modena. She has a fabulous large map of the city on the wall of the suite so that you can plan your route for the day, and a sweet guestbook to flip through to read other travelers' experiences. We couldn't have picked a better spot and thank the host for her hospitality.

This may have been our error but we hoped to have the futon made up to sleep on for our second guest. It was no big deal, but it would be nice to have a stack of sheets in the closet for guests to make up that bed if needed. Oh and a second fan would be fantastic as it was fairly hot in there.

Nel cuore di Modena

Appartamento centrale, perfetto per visitare Modena a piedi, godendosi l'atmosfera cittadina. Arredamento carino e curato, pulizia ottima. Bella l'idea della grande mappa della città appesa alla parete. Il legno per terra rende l'ambiente accogliente ed è stato perfetto per nostra figlia per gattonare! Lei ha apprezzato tanto anche i giochi presenti in appartamento. I proprietari sono gentili e appassionati, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su misura su dove mangiare e come muoverci. È stato l'alloggio ideale per il nostro finesettimana a Modena, lo risceglieremmo anche per periodi più lunghi!

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, quindi ideale per visitare il cuore della città.
