The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. On the ground floor. Has everything you need. Large and well-equipped bathroom. Comfortable beds. Kind owner, from whom we received the keys - he lives upstairs. Parking is in front of the house and is without problems.

The extra bed would have been more comfortable if it was standard height.

Comfortable and not too far to town center

The rooms were large and comfortable. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful host. Parking was simple and on the road in front of house. There was a grocery store very close and it was not too far to the historic part of Modena.

Superb!!

It’s a lovely and relaxing place, sparkling clean and spacious, all equipped, we found everything we needed there!! The area is fantastic also, quite and peaceful, very close to the downtown and from the main sites to visit in Modena, it’s besides a huge supermarket, easy commute to everywhere and full of parking lots… The host is amazing, very friendly and always available in case of some necessity, I really felt like home there! I totally recommend it…

Very spacious apartment close to historical centre

- space! Almost 90m2, plus the garden - parking in front of the property - location (quiet residential street, and only 15min easy walk into the historic centre) - great bedding (comfy mattress, good quality blankets and pillows) - very kind and helpful owners

Beautiful warm garden apartment with a home feel.

Excellent host, spacious apartment with a house feel, cosy and warm, close to the beautiful historixal sites.

An electrical kettle would be handy for tea lovers ;). But we just boiled the water in a small casserole.

Room is large, and you can also park in front of the house. Beds were comfortable, too. It was really cozy.

the property has excellent facilities; in the kitchen there were both a microwave and a dishwasher in addition to cooktop and oven. there is a clothes washer which is great for visitors on an extended vacation. the hosts kindly organised a taxi on our departure.

the property is 15 minutes walk from everything; both the city centre and the closest supermarket. this was no issue for us but it makes it more difficult to enjoy night events in the city for younger guests. some sharper knives in the kitchen would be a good addition.

Very old facilities (lots of old utensils but no sharp knives and no wineglasses) and some utilities did not work; for example it was impossible to get hot water in the kitchen tap and the oven only seemed to function on grill. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty (greasy) oven. The whole apartment smelled slightly bad (perhaps of dog)

Great value for money!

Spacious apartment with all needed amenities in a good quiet location (walking distance to the center) with a garden where kids can roam free and super friendly host. Parking right in front of the house for free. I doubt that there is a better place to stay in Modena!

Lovely stay with an amazing host!

The apartment is very large and very comfortable with full kitchen and excellent washing machine. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. Although we didn’t take advantage of the garden, it is a wonderful area just out the back door. The host, though, is amazing. We were greeted like old friends and given a wealth of information about the area.

The kitchenware could benefit from some updating but everything we needed was supplied, along with plenty of coffee!

Nice big apartment with fridge, air conditioning, washing machine. close to City Center, pizza take away and gelateria. closed garden and dogs are welcome. owner is very friendly and you feel very welcome.

Big, airy apartment, with everything you need. Great location and free use of bikes made getting into centro really easy. Air con was superb.

Friendliness that You meet in this place is extraordinary. Apartment is clean and cozy. It's also that big, that even 4 person can stay there longer time. Also pets are allowed and for their stay, direct exit from apartment to garden is splendid. Strong recommendation for this place.

Soggiorno a Modena in famiglia

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile e anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per accendere il forno l'abbiamo chiamato ed è subito venuto ad aiutarci. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Modena in zona residenziale e ben abitata, parcheggio facile da trovare sotto l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Noi avevamo anche un cane di piccola taglia e ci hanno accolto benissimo. Tutto perfetto! Comodo ai servizi con bar e market vicini.

Eine sehr nette Möglichkeit die Stadt und die Umgebung zu bereisen, bequem, Geschöfte in der Nähe.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß, es ist eine Wohnung der Eltern der Gastgeber, das Möbel und die Einrichtung sind gut erhaltene alte Stücke, uns hat es gefallen. Die Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum ist ca. 15 Min zu Fuß. Wir konnten mit unserem Hund kommen.

Das Schlafzimmer (Schränke und Bett) sind neu - von Ikea od. ähnlichem, Bett war nicht ganz bequem, der Garten war bedingt nutzbar, da nicht eingerichtet für einen Aufenthalt. Unseren Hund war er auch bedingt nutzbar.
