No doubt about it, it’s beautiful!

Everything you need and so quiet.
This apartment was so well equipped, clean and quiet. It is big, and with a fully functioning kitchen. And thank you for leaving some coffee salt and sugar.
For us 10 am. is a little early for check out. X

A little bit of luxury in the centre of Modena
We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.
The kitchen could be better equipped with small ustensils (a kettle was missing so it was challenging to boil the water for tea).

Large apartment, great location, easy parking.
Great parking, right outside apartment (free). Apartment was quite large. Big kitchen with huge fridge. Easy walking to town centre. Big supermarket 3 minutes walk. The weather was quite cool but the reverse cycle ac was excellent (once we found the controls). Big bathroom.
I didn’t like that entry was via a website (plus you had to pay city taxes with card details via that third party). You must have an internet connection to access the building and the apartment. Instructions on the web site access were in Italian. Minor problems in that there was no kettle or tea bags, could have used a small bin in kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine was a little temperamental.

Großzügige und zweckmäßige Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Check in war für uns schwierig, aber es hat alles geklappt, denn der Vermieter war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, außerordentlich freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig.
Der Check-in über das Handy hat uns etwas überfordert, v.a. dadurch, dass die Anweisungen z.T. auf Italienisch waren und wir sie am Handy nicht übersetzen konnten

Moderno, a iniziare da check-in online e chiave digitale, grande, in posizione appena fuori dal centro e quindi molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Stanze grandi, ben arredate, bagno nuovo di zecca, più di 15 prese elettriche (un record), tre TV, persiane in camera per un buio totale, caldo in ogni stanza.
