Lo staff gentilissimo, pulito ma poco adatto a chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale e il sonno leggero.

Il letto era molto scomodo (materasso molle) le scale per arrivarci molto ripide. Piuttosto rumoroso

Moderno e accogliente, silenzioso ed in una posizione top con parcheggio davanti!

L'unica cosa che migliorerei è il bagno! Nonostante fosse caldo, pulito e con una doccia molto comoda ,l'odore di muffa era eccessivo!

Soggiorno gradevole.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per chi vuole evitare il traffico cittadino e rimanere vicino all'autostrada. tuttavia è abbastanza semplice raggiungere il centro, in auto. La stanza era ben pulita e dotata di quanto previsto.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una difficoltà con il riscaldamento, nonostante la ripetuta segnalazione: la stanza era fredda.

Sicherlich nie wieder!

Kann ich leider nicht beurteilen

Ich habe Nachmittags um 16 Uhr das Zimmer gebucht. Um 16:28 erhalte ich von der Vermieterin eine schriftliche Nachricht, dass meine Buchung entgegen genommen wurde und Check-In zwischen 17 und 20 Uhr möglich sei. Um zirka 18 war ich vor dem Gebäude und wollte einchecken. Alles war dunkel, niemand reagierte auf das Klingeln. Auf meine Abrufe reagierte niemand. Ich schrieb per WhatsApp eine Nachricht dass ich Essen gehe und bis 20 Uhr zurück kehre. Weil sich bis kurz vor 20 Uhr niemand meldete, buchte ich mich in einem anderen Hotel ein. Die Vermieterin meldete sich telefonisch gegen 20 Uhr bei mir und entschuldigte sich, dass sie nicht anwesend war. Sie versicherte mir, die im voraus bezahlten €67 zu retournieren. Das hat sie jedoch trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage meinerseits nicht gemacht. Mein Fazit: dass meine kurzfristige Buchung übersehen wurde kann ich verstehen. Dass sie mein Geld nicht zurück erstattet hat ist höchst unfair!

Stanza ampia e pulita. Disponibilità della ragazza delle pulizie.

Camera fredda (riscaldamento non acceso, e pompa di calore non funzionante), e colazione non in struttura, ma al bar vicino, senza essere avvisati. La colazione limitata, quantitativamente, ma apprezzato la gentilezza del barista.

Struttura curata, personale disponibile, parcheggio e fermata bus davanti l'ingresso.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, comunicazione facile. La struttura si trova fuori dal centro ma con la fermata del bus proprio davanti la porta. Molto utile il parcheggio riservato. La camera sa praticamente di nuovo, confortevole e pulita.

1)camera rumorosa in quanto le parete del corridoio sono veramente sottili e i rumori dal corridoio sono molto alti quando passano altre persone. 2) no ascensore 3) check in solo fino alle 20 4) non proprio vicino al centro

B&B nuovo o appena ristrutturato con parcheggio credo con 6 camere Staff Gentile ad accogliente buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Colazione basic ma c’era tutto il necessario sia dolce che salato

Abbiamo preso l’appartamento. Bellissimo e ben arredato. Super spazioso!!

Nella stanza potrebbero mettere delle cose in più tipo dei comodini, così per esempio da appoggiare il telefono se è in carica alla notte.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Módena.

En general una estancia agradable. Con párking frente el B&B. La chica que me entregó las llaves es encantadora y muy colaborativa. Me permitieron hacer el checking con anticipación. El alojamiento está bien, límpio y muy buen desayuno. Lo recomiendo, como punto de partida para visitar Módena y Maranello.

Plezierig en rustig verblijf in mooi en nieuw appartement.

Het was ‘s nachts heerlijk stil , ondanks dat het aan drukke straat ligt, het was schoon en er was in de keuken al het nodige aanwezig. En we konden veilig onze fietsen binnen zetten

Het markeren van het trappetje bij de badkamer. En misschien kan er een theedoek zijn om glazen/kopjes af te drogen?

L’environnement du logement est desservi par son environnement.

Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Proche accès routier.

Le bruit: musique, aspirateur à 22h , discussion des voisins comme s’ils étaient dans la même pièce. Pas un lieu pour se poser mais juste pour dormir. Wifi moyen .

Szívesen ajánlom, ha lesz még alkalmam, itt fogok szállást foglalni.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves, már várt ránk, pedig hamarabb érkeztünk a megbeszéltnél. A reggeli finom, friss és bőséges volt. A szállás tiszta, a közlekedés kiváló, üzlet, kávézó (nekem a kávé az üzemanyagom) közelben megtalálhatók.

Egy picit hangos a környék, vagyis, ami pozitívum, az negatívum is (autópálya a közelben, ezért nagy a forgalom reggelente), de mivel nem alvással akartuk tölteni az időt, annyira nem volt zavaró. Ár érték arányban verhetetlen!

Sono stato in questa struttura perchè dovevo fare una gara di CrossFit e la posizione era perfetta.

Camera pulita e calda, posizione ottimale sia per il centro sia per la palestra centro del mio viaggio. Cucine fornita di tutti gli utensili per cucinare, inoltre vi è una lavatrice stendino e ferro da stiro per eventuali necessità. Bagno piccolo ma pulito e doccia ben funzionante.
