A great find! - will definitely stay again

Located right downtown in the historic centre of Modena, this small apartment has been thoughtfully carved out of a historic building. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Cute little apartment near Ferrari Museums

The apartment was very cute, provided all the amenities of home. Bed was comfortable. Owner had complementary coffee and water bottles for us. Our stay was very comfortable.

Exvellent experience

Stefano was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We were walking distance from restaraunts and the market. The apartment was well furnished. We had everything we needed.

Perfect bolthole

Comfortable with everything you need whilst travelling!

The location was very close to the center of Modena.

We found the stairs a challenge with luggage but we expected this in an older building in the center of town.

We had a fantastic stay, easy self-check in. The apartment was perfect, fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen etc for a comfortable stay. Claudio was such a legend, great communication, really helpful and provided clear easy to follow instructions for check in. We would absolutely stay here again if we make our way back to Modena.

Amazing apartment close to town centre

Claudio kept in contact with me frequently and was there to meet us on arrival. The accommodation was spacious with a large bedroom, dining, kitchen and bathroom. An added bonus was having a washing machine and lots of goodies in the kitchen and fridge. Thanks Claudio for a fantastic stay!

Perfect location, so close to the centre of Modena. Badia is a lovely apartment in a period building, but with all modern facilities.

A traditional cosy apartment in the heart of Modena

The apartment had everything. The bed and the pillows were great !! Claudio the host helped us to find out many good places around the apartment and also to keep our luggage for a couple of hours after our check-out. Moreover, I didn't take any photos because the photos of the apartment were accurate. Also, I liked the TV in the bedroom that I don't remember if it was in the photos :)

I didn't find out how I could set up the heating manually e.g. to 23 Celsius and it was constantly at 21.5 Celsius. Also, I couldn't connect to wifi but the host Claudio was always there to support us via the WhatsApp app with excellent communication.

The location is just perfect, in the middle of the centre, near to all touristic interest points, bars shops and restaurants. The host, Claudio, is very friendly and helpful. The flat is comfortable and fully equipped with all you may need even for longer stays. Besides, Claudio has a taste for interior design and everything is taken care in all details.

The apartment is located next to the center. Just two minutes away on foot. It was well equipped and super clean. Little details that made my stay very pleasant: a bottle of water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, little chocolate bars, some fruits, sugar, coffee, a moka pot and many others. The host was nice and helpful. One of the best apartments I've every started at! I loved it!

Exceptional

Really modern, comfortable and clean apartment right in the centre of Modena. It's in an old building, but everything inside is brand new and works perfectly. The bed is comfortable, the shower is lovely and the air conditioning is great. Claudio was a very responsive host, answering my questions in advance and helping to ensure that the apartment was clean earlier to facilitate my early arrival. Easily walkable from the train station and you can walk to everywhere within the city in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing apartment in a great location. The apartment was big enough, will all necessary facilities. Bed was really comfortable. The apartment also had aircon (big bonus!)

Lots of stairs (for bags), but it was a lovely old building that makes up for it.

Loved this cozy little apartment

Badia is a cozy little nest with everything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable in a large bedroom, kitchen is well equipped. Nice bathroom and shower. Washer is a plus. Great air conditioners for comfort. Everything is very clean. Host is wonderful. He also left us a welcome bottle of wine, some goodies, fruit, and coffee. And a list of recommended restaurants close by. A convenient small market is a few doors down for fruit and yogurt. Excellent location, near Duomo, Piazza Maneotti and Piazza Manzini, and bus stops. We really enjoyed our stay in this historic building.

The stairs up to the apartment can be a challenge, especially with luggage. But if you take your time, it is doable.

Excellent location and amenities

The apartment was perfectly located to leave the car and explore Modena all day on foot. The host was super welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The keys were easily obtained and leaving the apartment was easy as well. It was super clean, calm, and I would recommend this any time. Thank you!

The apartment was super value for money, it has everything you need and a little bit more. But don't expect to have a nice view, which is no problem as the nice surrounding starts right after leaving the gate to the property.

Perfect little inner city flat

The flat is in the perfect location, in a quiet courtyard just off the main shopping street, with a patisserie, pizza takeout and little Mom & Pop restaurant next to the courtyard entrance. The main central bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away which are buzzing with life at the weekend. But don't worry, even this close to the centre the flat is wonderfully quiet so you'll get a good night's sleep. If you do stay, say hello to Claudio from us, he's a great host and his little flat really made our work/holiday.

Die Lage ist gut, und obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es nachts ruhig. Die Putzfrau und der Besitzer sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben sich mehrmals gemeldet, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles haben, was wir brauchen. Es steht einige Essen und Getränk kostenlos zur Verfügung, was auch sehr nett ist vom Anbieter.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1,5 Etage und ist über eine sehr enge und steile Treppe erreichbar. Wer schweres Gepäck hat oder mobilitätseingeschränkt ist, sollte sich daher eine andere Unterkunft überlegen. Auch für mehr als zwei Personen mit Kindern oder für größere Personen ist die Größe des Quartiers nicht ideal. Vielleicht ist diese Wohnung jedoch genau das Richtige für Sie, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem historischen Wohnerlebnis sind. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wenn auch etwas alt (oder originell). Im Winter waren wir im Quartier auch mit Elektroheizkörper gut gekommen. Allerdings ist die Bauweise bedingt, dass die Zimmer tagsüber etwas dunkel sind. Auch der Hof ist unsaniert.

La struttura è noto accogliente dotata di ogni confort. Il sig. Claudio, il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e offre anche consigli su dove mangiare a Modena. La posizione e ottima, in pieno centro! Se dovessimo ritornare a Modena ritorneremo sicuramente qui.

Accoglienza gentilissima di Claudio con cui abbiamo scambiato cordiali chiacchere e info, Appartamento carino e completo, praticamente alle spalle del Duomo con tutti i servizi a disposizione. Letto comodo, bagno ben disposto e doccia grande. Tornerò se disponibile. Una macchinetta a capsule per il caffè sarebbe stata una ciliegina sulla torta

Apto super centrico a 3 min del duomo, amplio, limpio y con todas las comodidades. Anfitrion genial, te dejan cafe, leche, galletas, agua, zumos. De 10. Ademas si vas en coche te ofrece gestionar el tema de la ZTL
