Loved it!

Great communication from the host, and the apartment was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed, and although there wasn't any air conditioning, we kept cool with the multiple fans. Great location too, it's an easy walk to the centre.

L'unica cosa bella è la posizione in centro

Tutto partiamo dal fatto che è una casa freddissima,i letti completamente sfondati,sul sito vengono assicurati bagnoschiuma e kit di benvenuto ma non è inteso che siano bagnoschiuma shampoo o creme corpo usati da tutti anche prima del nostro arrivo. Il bambino doveva dormire su un lettino sfondato ribadisco solo con un lenzuolino perché nessuno avrebbe mai usate quelle coperte ammucchiate nell'armadio chissà se pulite o meno.potete capire quanto era freddo. Ringraziamo i nostri amici che ci sono venuti in soccorso e fortunatamente dovevano solo dormirci perché per più tempo me ne sarei andata.

Ubicazione . C’era tutto il necessario e anche di più . Pulito. Vicini al parcheggio sotterraneo (8 min a piedi )

Appartement propre au cœur du centre historique, proche marché , 15mn à pied du musée Ferrari

Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de climatisation , et nous avons eu la visite de nombreuses fourmis sorties des plinthes

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero ottima per godersi il centro di Modena. Presenta tutti i servizi principali che ci si aspetta ma anche tante piccole accortezze che lasciano il sorriso, il tutto accompagnato da una host davvero cordiale e disponibile.

Un angolo di relax in centro città

Appartamento molto curato, arredamento funzionale e posizione centrale.

Le scale del condominio erano aperte da un lato sull'androne interno, quindi parzialmente esposte alle intemperie.

Centrale ma poco curato

Posizione centralissima e tranquilla. svariati prodotti per l'igiene in bagno anche se non monouso. Cialde per il caffè a disposizione.

la casa é solo parzialmente ristrutturata e la doccia non è molto confortevole, così come alcune porte sono cigolanti e le imposte mancanti. I due letti aggiuntivi sono nella zona giorno che, una volta aperti, diventa inutilizzabile ed è un passaggio obbligato per accedere alla cucina, così come bisogna passare dalla camera per accedere al bagno. L'appartamento non era particolarmente caldo e potrebbe essere curato un po' di più.
