Nice apartment in a quite area

The apartment was great, had all what we needed there and it was comfortable and clean. The area is nice, you have near the location a Lidl, Burger King and McDonald's, so it helps if you need to buy something or need to grab a quick bite to eat. Bus station close to get to the city center or where you need, easy to travel from and to. Also the area is in a nice residential area so it is quiet. A good place to sleep and enjoy Modena

Superb

The bed was very comfortable, close to shops and roughly a twenty five minute walk to town. Shower is very good. There is a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

We were warned by the staff that there were mosquitoes we found out that there were a lot especially in the garden limiting our use. There was a small hole in the mosquito screen in the lounge which allowed mosquitos in. The property did not supply any anti-mosquito Repellent A kettle would have been convenient.

Stategic to visit the centre of Modena.

Great place to stay in Modena.

Great host with lots of local recommendations. Location perfect as easy to park then walk into the city. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom with amazing shower. Our dog was made very welcome and it was great to have an enclosed garden to use too.

Everything was perfect. Big appartment with everything you would need. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the City centre by car or you simply walk down the road (10-15min). Parking directly in front of the house in a very quiet street. Friendly hosts.

Quando torneremo da queste parti, questo sarà il nostro appartamento come base.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort come da spiegazione dettagliata sul sito. Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Eravamo in tre a nostro agio. La notte molto silenziosa con parcheggio auto sul posto. Siamo arrivati fuori orario stabilito ma non c'è stato nessun problema.

Soggiorno a Modena

Appartamento comodo per quattro persone e molto pulito. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con simpatia ed è stata molto gentile a mostrarci la casa e a consigliarci su Modena. Cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve, è anche presente una macchinetta del caffè con cialde a disposizione per la colazione. E' possibile parcheggiare la macchina su strada direttamente di fronte l'appartamento, trovandosi in una stradina molto tranquilla.

Proprio se si vuole essere puntigliosi direi che l'appartamento trovandosi al piano terra non è molto luminoso e lo spazio esterno andrebbe risistemato essendo il mattonato saltato in alcuni punti.

Struttura molto pulita e attrezzata. Finiture nuove. Come stare in casa. La signora molto disponibile. I bambini hanno apprezzato i libri presenti! Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte

Pulizia

Numero civico non precisato nel momento della prenotazione. Recapito telefonico della signora proprietaria mai vista di persona in quanto delegava sempre e solamente il figlio (maggiorenne ma non informato sulle condizioni generali) per concludere la pratica di soggiorno nell'appartamento. In fase di prenotazione non abbiamo considerato nostra figlia di 2 anni e quindi prenotato per 3 in quanto, in tanta altre strutture fin'ora, non l'hanno mai presa in considerazione nel prezzo considerata l'età ma i proprietari hanno deciso di trattenere la sua quota di tassa di soggiorno come pegno per non averlo comunicato, quindi illegalmente. Accesso facile al giardino con suolo piastrellato completamente dissestato e pericolante ed avendo 2 bambine ho dovuto impedirle di uscire fuori per non rischiare di farsi male. Il lume del mio comodino non funzionava. Nel complesso qualità prezzo non corrispondente, do votazione 5 solo per la pulizia.
