Nice apartment in a good location.

The host provided very clear all the necessary information for collecting the key and enter the house. The apartment was in a quite place on a nice street with coffee shops and groceries nearby. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean.

The place seemed a bit cold, but this might be the fact that the central heating is turned on and off by the city, but you can get by with the AC(there was one in every room).

Quiet location. Safe parking (we could not use it!) . Spacious inside. Good air con. Plenty of hot water. Close to amenities (found using Google!).

Lack of supplies eg washing up liquid, tea towel, no oven or food preparation area/worktop. Bad pillows. Another vehicle parked outside our apartment door (off street). No UK tv. Suggest include more local information...

Highly recommended. 30 min footwalk from city Center Modena. Various shops and Restaurants near by.

Very helpful Host and always Available. There was even a small breakfast selection to keep you going until you reach a shop. Easy Access to motorway and Bigger shops. Flat very spacious.

Self check-in according to exact indications of the owner. Clean and big apartament Parking on the street in front of the building Even if the reservation was without breakfast, we were glad to find coffee, corn flakes, gem, toast, milk and water (in the fridge), which was very nice of the host. All in one, we felt very good.

Modena's center is 30 walking minutes (not too much but not too close either.

Self-check in was in Italian only, but Google translate helps. The walk to town (25 minutes) is not very attractive, but the appartment is great.

The apartment is a 15 minutes walk from the centre in a beautiful and very comfortable area close to many amenities. Perfect spot to explore Modena with your family and then coming back and relax. The bakery down the street makes all the classics, perfect for quick lunches.

Spero di tornarci ma per motivazioni piacevoli e non ospedaliere

colazione soddisfacente, facilmente raggiungibile, abbiamo già soggiornato altre volte in questa struttura e ci siamo sempre trovati bene, stanze spaziose, pulizia eccellente.

tutto ok, unica cosa tavolo in vetro e consiglierei tovaglia in plastica trapuntata per ammortizzare eventuali urti o tovagliette e l'ultima volta che ci siamo stati sono state molto utili.

L'appartamento e' situato in una zona silenziosa, e' molto spazioso e dotato di ogni confort . La cucina ben attrezzata. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che l'host abbia lasciato a ns disposizione le cialde per il caffe' e dei biscotti per la colazione del mattino . zona in cui e' molto semplice trovare parcheggio Sicuramente se avessi occasione di ritornare a Modena sceglierei questa locazione.
