Good value for money, but don't expect too much.

Space and location, TV and price. Good for a short stay

Old furnitures and appliances, not very clean in some part of the house, little to no communication from the landlord.

Good, quiet and comfortable overnight stay.

Great kitchen facilities, bathroom and comfortable bed. Enclosed garden and secure parking. Railway nearby didn’t cause any problem. Host friendly and on hand to help with anything.

There were a few hiccups with an air circulation unit and the tv but host called in to rectify.

Porta di ingresso difficile da aprire e chiudere e poco stabile (dall'interno si vede l'esterno tramite una fessura), lenzuola macchiate e con odore sgradevole, la trapunta presentava uno strappo e diverse macchie, perdita d'acqua sotto al lavello del bagno raccolta da una ciotola (quasi piena al nostro arrivo), sanitari che si muovono (forse non fissati bene al pavimento), il termostato si è aperto a metà appena sfiorato, frigorifero collegato ma non freddo, era presente una macchinetta del caffè ma non c'erano cialde per poterla utilizzare, bollitore incrostato di calcare

Perfetto per soggiornare a Modena, in una zona tranquilla senza problemi di parcheggio, 2 km dal centro e comoda all'uscita della tangenziale. La casa è un'appartamento spazioso con tutto l'occorrente, ad un prezzo mediamente di una stanza. il proprietario molto disponibile. Ottima pulizia. Nessun problema riscontrato.

comodo e tranquillo

Viaggiando spesso per lavoro a Modena, devo dire che Villa San Cataldo è l'opzione migliore che ho trovato. Perchè posso parcheggiare la macchina liberamente e gratuitamente a differenza dei B&B dentro il centro che si devono raggiungere a piedi e lasciare la macchina fuori dal centro in parcheggi a pagamento. e inoltre un'altro vantaggio è che nel centro si trovano appartamenti in palazzi con scale, spesso senza ascensore e senza giardino e spazi esterni, al contrario di Villa San Cataldo che invece è una villa indipendente con giardino e a piano terra. L'ambiente è grande, accogliente e c'è tutto. La zona tranquillissima. Il proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. La pulizia impeccabile. Mi riferiva del fatto che in un periodo che è stato via ultimamente e non aveva potuto accogliere di persona gli ospiti, alcuni hanno voluto mettere recensioni negative per piccoli problemi momentanei che al momento non sono più presenti. Come una piccola crepa in un muro oppure la serratura che era stata danneggiata. Non ho visto nulla di ciò. Da notare il sistema di purificazione dell'aria, la macchinetta del caffè, il riscaldamento a pavimento, la cucina fornita di tutto, piccoli dettagli come il pulitore per scarpe, il calzascarpe, il bollitore con la temperatura di riscaldamento dell'acqua, l'asciugacapelli, i fazzoletti e le salviette, l'acqua e il vino offerti, il comodo self check in.

Aconchegante e revigorante.

A acomodação é bem limpa e bem cuidada. A cozinha é bem equipada com todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. A casa é bem aquecida e ainda conta com uma pequena calçada com cadeira ao ar livre para conversar e ouvir a natureza noturna. Muito bom.

C'era la macchina del caffè, anche se con un quantitativo di cialde non sufficiente per 4 giorni.

Casa non adatta ad accogliere 4 ospiti. Mancano i piatti, ci sono due padelline vecchie e sporche, inoltre il quarto ospite deve dormire sulla parte del divano letto che ha un materassino alto due o tre cm, praticamente si dorme su una tavola di legno. La pulizia lascia a desiderare soprattutto in cucina, è tutto appiccicoso. Avevo letto che avrei trovato degli accappatoi, ma ci sono stati dati solo degli asciugamani da viso (oltre quelli piccoli da ospite). Il wi-fi non ha mai funzionato e la TV ha pochi canali via decoder. Le sedie sono rotte, la seduta si toglie e lo schienale si stacca dal resto con rischio di caduta. La casa presenta delle evidenti crepe sui muri sia interni che esterni soprattutto una crepa profonda orizzontale su tutta la parete, la porta di ingresso si chiude e si apre con molta difficoltà. Anche la porta del bagno si chiude con difficoltà. La parte esterna citata nei servizi offerti è praticamente inesistente.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ein klein wenig großzügiger sein - etwas mehr Besteck zum Beispiel wäre von Vorteil. Das Schlafsofa war für uns in Ordnung, für Leute mit Rückenproblemen aber wahrscheinlich schon etwas zu ausgelegen.

Casa fatiscente!! Puzza di fumo, umidità, ragnatele, polvere, peli. Potrei aggiungerne altre, ma rendo l’idea con qualche foto.

Estrema disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario si dal primo contatto telefonico Presenza di riscaldamento a pavimento

Chiavi all ingresso del cancello difficile da usare in quanto la serratura non era fissa ma presentava del gioco , porta di ingresso difficile da aprire (perché mentre si apre la serratura si deve prima tirare indietro e poi spingere) , acqua calda nel bidet assente almeno nei primi cinque, chiaramente io poi non aspettato altro tempo.. Riscaldamento a pavimento che non sono riuscito ad accendere in quanto probabilmente per un mio errore non ho letto che fosse presente ed ho usato il condizionatore nella zona giorno.
