Soggiorno da favola

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. La pulizia era impeccabile e l'alloggio era fornito di tutto l'occorrente , sia per quanto riguarda la cucina sia per il bagno. Il check in si svolge in completa autonomia, il che rende il procedimento semplice e veloce. Il padrone di casa si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o informazione. La posizione è strategica: facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada, a 2 passi da una farmacia, dal parco e dal centro storico della città. Se dovessi ripassare da Modena, tornerei sicuramente a soggiornare qui 😊

Ho trovato tutto estremamente curato e confortevole. Inoltre una struttura caratteristica con un sapore antico. Davvero bella!

Toller Kurztrip nach Modena

Hervorragende Lage, lediglich 10min fußläufig ins Zentrum. Viel Platz im Apartment und eine riesige Terrasse zur Mitbenutzung.

Die Dusche war ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man hier nicht richtig stehen konnte. Es handelt sich um ein historisches Haus, daher sind solche Umstände aber zu verschmerzen.

Molto soddisfatta!

Ho viaggiato da sola in occasione di una fiera di lavoro e mi sono poi fermata per un weekend a Modena, alloggiando in questo bellissimo appartamento. Mi sono trovata subito molto bene e l'ho trovato anche comodissimo con la macchina perché si può parcheggiare proprio davanti al cancello principale, il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi, comodo e sicuro anche di sera. L'appartamento è molto bello ed equipaggiato di tutto, ho fatto sempre colazione lì e potuto usare sia il bollitore che il frigo. Il letto comodissimo e c'è davvero molto spazio in casa. L'host, Umberto, è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile ogni qual volta ho avuto bisogno di chiedere qualcosa. Lo consiglio vivamente!

L’accessibilità e il contesto in cui si inserisce questo appartamento è il connubio perfetto tra costo contenuto e la distanza a pochi minuti dal Duomo. Appartato in una zona tranquilla con un suggestivo terrazzino interno.

Nulla di significativo da segnalare. Sicuramente apprezzabile in primavera inoltrata / estate la fioritura del cortiletto del vialetto di ingresso
