A fantastic apartment to stay in while exploring Italy's Motor Valley.

The convenient location was perfect for visiting Modena city. It was great to have a secure car park nearby too.

If I had to pick anything, it would be that there was no lift and I had a big bag to carry up the stairs - but really, it was on the first floor (so not too hard!)

Great stay!

Very accommodating owners! The location to the center of the city was great! Easy underground parking and very clean apartment! The washer was not working and Alessandro offered to do our laundry which was extremely nice!!

Perfect location, clean and relaxing.

The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and in a good location for walking round Modena, it was a 10 min walk from the train station. The host were very welcoming provided a map and pointed out the area for bars and restaurants they also had a guide book with information on bars and restaurants, we tried a few and the food was amazing. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely, there was nothing else we could ask for. Can highly recommend Mozzabella, the pizza was amazing.

Un appartamento molto carino, confortevole ed è organizzato bene. La posizione è ottima e sicura. Lisa e Alessandro sono gentili e disponibile. Non siamo riusciti a girare tutto quello che volevamo vedere a Modena. We will come back!

Comodissimo appartamento nel cuore di Modena

Ottima struttura per un soggiorno breve, adatta per due persone, massimo quattro per la presenza di un divano letto. La cucina è dotata di tutto per preparare la colazione e cucinare pasti. E' piccola ma molto ben arredata, pulita e comoda. La posizione è centralissima, affaccia su una strada tranquilla dove è praticamente assente il traffico veicolare. L'appartamento è a pochi passi da un grande parcheggio multipiano dove è conveniente lasciare l'auto.

Zeer goed gelegen appartement om Modena te bezoeken

Alessandro is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Het appartement op de eerste verdieping is gezellig ingericht. Er is een ruime badkamer en slaapkamer. Het appartement ligt in een zeer rustige straat en op een paar minuten van het mooie en gezellige centrum. Er zijn heel wat mogelijkheden om lekker te eten en te drinken. De overdekte markt is ook zeker een bezoek waard. Op een paar minuten van het appartement is de parking Centro waar de auto veilig kan geparkeerd worden (12 € per dag).. Om Modena te bezoeken is het appartement zeer centraal gelegen : een absolute aanrader !

Emplacement près du centre ville, au calme. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Appartement rénové avec goût et bien équipé. Parfait pour une semaine de vacances au cœur de l’Émilie-Romagne.

La literie mériterait d’être changée : sommier métallique bruyant et mou. Sans doute un détail pour des gens plus jeunes que nous ...

Appartamento situato in posizione strategica nel cuore di Modena, facilmente raggiungibile e con un comodo parcheggio coperto a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze. La location è il vero punto di forza, perfetta per esplorare il centro storico e le principali attrazioni della città. Nel complesso, una sistemazione che si distingue principalmente per la sua eccellente posizione nel centro città, ideale per brevi soggiorni.

L'appartamento è dotato di sistema fan coil per la climatizzazione, tuttavia la temperatura tendeva a rimanere un po' bassa nonostante il riscaldamento acceso. Il letto, aspetto cruciale per il comfort, non è risultato particolarmente confortevole.

Appartamento comodo, accogliente e superpulito. Bagno dotato di biancheria e prodotti da bagno. Colazione perfetta. Proprietaria puntuale e disponibile. Posizione centrale a due passi da tutto. Bravissimi. Continuate cosí.
