Cosy, quiet and comfortable

What a cute apartment! So cosy and comfortable!! Well equipped and had an excellent washing machine. The bed was super comfortable also. Very close to the bus station and all the shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe. Communication with the owner was also very quick and helpful. What more can you ask for!

A delightful stay and we want to come back!!

The property has a great location. We walked to the piazza where we found many coffee cafes and restaurants. We also walked to and from the train station. It was very doable even with our luggage. It was very clean with a kitchen sink, refrigerator and stove top. We cooked one of our dinners, which was fun!!!

There are a number of stairs up to the apartment but we managed fine.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Right in the center of town with excellent restaurants right at the doorstep. The room was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Staff were extremely helpful and replied quickly to any questions.

There is no elevator and lots of stairs. Not an issue though as this should be expected for most places in historic buildings in the historic center of towns.

Compact apartment close to centre of town. Good value for money

Walking distance from train station and town centre. Good facilities, including a washing machine /dryer. Air conditioned rooms. Small apartment but adequate for 2 people.

Really liked this well furnished, comfortable apartment. It had Netflix!

I really liked this place. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well furnished. Enjoyed watching movies on Netflix. Plenty of electrical outlets. In downtown Modena.

It was about 4 flights up the stairs, but that gave us good exercise opportunities.

Location proximity to all the nearby attractions. Place was clean and has all the necessary facilities for a short stay.

There’s flight of stairs to climb for those who have heavy luggage. Also some renovation to the place will be ideal as some wear and tear is evident.

Parking was difficult. No parking spots able to be found in white lined parking bays as advised. Expect to have to park in parking station 450m away at extra expense.

The location is great! Massimo, the host, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Everything was very clean. The air conditioner and laundry facilities were very useful. Massimo also provided us with a parking permit for the center which was great. It is a 4th floor so if you have any moving issues this might not be an option for you. Otherwise it is an amazing place to stay

Perfect for a short or medium stay in Modena, for both leisure and teleworking

Nice building, super clean, very comfortable studio in the center. There were welcoming bottles of water, which were highly appreciated given the high temperatures. Washing machine and detergent available. Great air conditioning. The living room is also suitable to telework (place for computer, good wifi). Greatly recommended!

Great spot as a base to explore Modena.

Good location and very clean and well-equipped. We were a bit worried about how warm it might be, being right under the roof and us being there in a heatwave, but the aircon was really good and it was fine. Plenty of room to be comfortable and probably like us you'll be out exploring Modena most of the time anyway.

Bathroom sink very slow to drain, but this is easily fixed (if it hasn't been already) by cleaning out the trap.

Vicino al centro

La posizione è ottima, a 4 minuti a piedi dal duomo. La zona è comunque silenziosa. Il proprietario mi ha fatto trovare un lettino per il mio bimbo di pochi mesi, cosa non da poco considerando la mancanza di ascensore. La struttura era pulita e dotata di tutti gli oggetti necessari (pentole, spugne, sgrassatore...). Mi hanno dato la possibilità di posteggiare vicino con un pass per la Ztl.

C'era un lucernaio in soggiorno che non si riusciva a chiudere, nonostante il telecomando (forse non abbiamo trovato l'impostazione corretta)

Foarte frig in camera, la baie era un miros neplacut, nu era foarte curat in camera, desi era etajul 4 erau si furnici, peretii foarte subtiri si se auzeau noaptea vecinii cum vorbeau, tipau, ascultau muzica sau foloseau baia🤐...

Только расположение удобное к центру, автовокзалу

Вся сантехника очень хлюпенькая, в квартире так было холодно, что в первую ночь спали в одежде, и даже не могли помыться, помылись на второй день когда квартира прогрелась(отопления как такового нет-кондиционеры) ,полотенца плохо простираны-серые, жесткие.была кофеварка ,которая очень плохо работала

Appartamento molto carino, in posizione centralissima; gentile e disponibile l'host.

Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro a piedi e super servizio di accesso alla ZTL incluso nella prenotazione.

Purtroppo, l'unico neo dell'appartamento è la scarsità di aria e luce (delle tre finestre esistenti, quella in camera con la persiana bloccata, quella nella zona giorno su un affaccio cieco in una scala interna del palazzo e quella del bagno con l'apertura esclusivamente a ribalta).

Posizione. La presenza della colazione. Pulizia. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Lo sciacquone ha dato dei problemi dopo averlo tirato una volta. Non riusciva a “ricaricarsi” e per buona parte della notte ha fatto confusione e non era possibile ritirarlo. Un’altra piccola cosa, è che mancavano i cucchiaini, utili per il caffè :)
