Comfortable apartment in central, but quiet, location

Very central but quiet location. Comfortable, with plenty of character. Nicely furnished, including photos of sculpture from local churches, for which Modena is famed. The washing machine was a plus.

Great place in Modena

Location, facilities were adequate and clean , and comfortable. Air con great. Many books but all Italian but still a good addition. Good double Glazing.

No pod machine (very common at this price point) no lift and it's 67 steps up. Very small TV's (there is a small smart tv for the Bed area)Also didn't like going off site to a 3rd party to provide ID info prior to check in. This goes against all safety recommendations.

Very bad experience

Actually a very nice and practical apartment. Well located and furnished with all the essentials you need. Unfortunately there were several things that really disappointed me. When I arrived the apartment was completely cold. With outside temperatures of up to 8°C at night the heating was completely off and there was no indication of how to turn the heating on. The owner had to come and turn it on. Then the WiFi didn't work. The owner came over but couldn't fix it on the first and second day. It wasn't until the third day that I got WiFi. To operate a gas stove you need a firelighter. The stove had an integrated one but it was broken. There was no external one so I had to buy one myself. The owner then fixed all the problems on my third day and I got some money back with the help of booking.com, but it was not a nice experience overall. I had the feeling that they just didn't check the apartment before putting someone up there. Customer service is something different for me.

месторасположение просто супер, квартира уютная и чистая, теплая и светлая, все сделано с любовью к отдыхающим

Assenza ascensore e soprattutto doccia/vasca scivolosa, senza tappetto di plastica (costa una miseria). Stavo per fare un volo mentre facevo la doccia
