Nestled in the old historic center of Modena, this delightful apartment offers a cozy retreat for guests.
Intimate and comfortable, it is located in a typical historical building (an old nuns monastery) just a few minutes from Piazza Grande and Duomo. And what is more: literally around the corner from Osteria Francescana - world renowned restaurant by top chef Massimo Bottura! You can easily bump into Massimo himself in the street or even in the building's courtyard.
With a bedroom, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer, WiFi, and floor heating, this superb space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
The apartment is suitable for 2 people. Upon explicit request, an additional person is admitted and a sofa bed arranged in the living room (extra fee to be agreed).
Car and parking:
Upon request, I provide a free special permit to enter the traffic-restricted zone (ZTL) by car and park for free in nearby streets.
The apartment is on the second floor of an 18th century building (no elevator).
Fans are available (no airco, apartment is pretty cool by itself). In case of doubt, just ask me for info.
